Well I declare war on Mationland. Hehehehehe. Only joking. Seriously though, we're going to slaughter your civilian population becuase we don't like your attitude. But we don't want a war with you. Just to kill about 87 million of your civilian population. Deal?

Vespeterium Minor wants to slaughther our civilians mercilessly just becaused we cautioned Tannenmille against declaring war against the world . What Vespeterium Minor wants to do is totally outrageous . Therefore , Mationland pleas to the international community to pledge aid (militarily/food/workforce etc) to a pitiful helpless nation like us . Who are bullied by nations larger than us .

We will not give you any aid, however, at least not until you do something about that lose-cannon of a nation formed by, as I understand, your ex-leader. 'War Declarers' is not only a joke to but a threat to all due to their random method of living up to their name. I would suggest you do something about them.
