The United States of Meteorologica, being a free and soverign nation, believing that it has certain rights granted to all free nations, is currently drafting a new constitution to reorganize government, provide for the defense of its citizens, to promote the welfare of its citizens, to establish a system of levying taxes, to establish free trade between the several states that make up Meteorologica, and to extand the ability of the parliament of Meteorologica to make international treaties with foreign nations.
Any help that could be offered would be greatly appreciated.
