How would you rate the Star Forge Store Fronts?
I have finnished calculating how much money I've made off of my store fronts (including the old G.E.H. naval store front) and I came to a grand total of 2,070,506,509,100,000 credits (in other wrods, ~2 Quadrillion USD/Credits).
From those who've bought from the store fronts, and those who've viewed it, how would you rate the store fronts all together? What should be changed? What should improve? What should go? Please specify in your comments.
Huntaer.

Good selection of ships and things. Fair enough pricing. Need more types of blaster for troops. Not everyone uses the E-11, y'know.

There should be a "None of the Above" for those of us who haven't bought anything from you....lol

I could still use comments even from those who haven't bought.... Still, I probably should've included a poll for "Why should I buy from you?" or something like that.

Well. After i decided to look over the storefront, (quick scan that is) i decided to submit my vote as 4 stars. Keep up the good work.
Well, its kinda...you know....all Star Wars....pricing and ammount of ships to choose from are good...but i`m no SW fan (not of the tech and ships used)....maybe some weapons and ships that are from different universes? (Star Trek, Babylon 5)

OOC:
I think there are already Trek based storefronts. I'm not sure about Babylon 5 though. That might be something that could be explored. The show's not really set in the same time zone as Trek, but it could be done.

The only other universe I'd consider including would be ST, since I'm a ST fan as well... And I've considered many times to include it. Either controled by me, or another partner.

I could help you with that :). I got lots of time on my hand and i`m pretty bored. Could you Tg me your messenger id?..AIM, MSN, YahooMsg?

MGFTHS! ARGH! I don't have any sort of IM.... only a tripod email which I use for NS. I still need to talk to my 'rents about AIM or MSN....
Though, I'll keep you in mind for a future partner.

Quite possibly one of the best FT Storefronts on NationStates. You have a great selection, good prices, and I can't wait for 4th of July week. ;)
P.S. I still want to be your ally, and I joined the Huntaerian Alliance(Pardon me if it's misspelled)

Glad you like my products.
If you wanted to be my ally, then you should've joined the Sith/Kirtir side rather than the Jedi/Malkir side. And, yes you did spell it correctly. Of course, I don't care considering I am technically Huntarian Alliance (it's my light side puppet nation).

Very good store, I must say. Sadly, I am not much into RPing my actual nation, or I would without a doubt descend upon your store rubbing my hands in glee. I must say it again, fabulous store.

a link should be in the first post. I listed every store front except for the G.E.H. because the products were deleted by me.
EDIT: I forgot to mention that I deleted the blasters and rifles. I'm currently posting up all rifles, blasters, and melee weapons in my product refference post. We could make a contract for the CDI blasters when I post them up on the Infantry Store Front.

Here is a bit from your previous post before I made that statement
P.S. I still want to be your ally, and I joined the Huntaerian Alliance(Pardon me if it's misspelled)
There is only one Huntarian Alliance out there and that is my puppet nation.
That's why I assumed you joined the Jedi because you said in that post you joined the Huntarian Alliance.

Blah, blah...Blablah blah.
Post when you do, then.
I voted for option 3. The reason being that there aren't really enough products that you designed your self, although I already know that you're in the middle of changing that, slowly but surely.
Second, was that you got the basic format from, you know who. ;) (Yeah, before you say anything, I know that I'm the one who told you to do it.) It's a good format, but even I thought that it could use some improvement. Some of those changes you've implemented on a greater scale that I have, so this kinda adds up in your favor.
Third, was that you've got a partner that takes up a lot of the store, and rarely does anything at all. It's too bad he can't go on NS more often anymore. He's got some good stuff.
Some things that are points for you, come from how I've seen you handle your store front. After having managed my own Storefront at one point, I know how things can go sometimes, with nations hoping to slip through purchasing more than they can actually afford. So far, you seem to be diligent in weeding these guys out, and also helping them afterwards, either by giving them a calculator to go by, or directing them to someone else where they might be able to buy something. So, your customer service is pretty good.
I could say more, but that would only make things seem more complicated than they really are.
In short, nice job so far, and I hope you keep improving.
EDIT: Oh, and by the way, I've had a Talon force Assault ship park next to one of your command ships, stealthed of course. I haven't done anything, but you know... It's in a post that's on page 8 or something.
EDIT 2: Wait, nevermind, it's on page 6.
Ah, well, I thought it was the topic where other nations set up embassies and trade routes with you (or your puppet nation. Am I correct in assuming it's on your side?)
No. It's my light side nation, who is rebelling against my main nation. Picture the senario as a.... popular classic sci-fi trillogy movie...

ooc: Huntaer, you're still very young, probably far too young as an RPer on NS to remember Klonor, who was here from about summer '03 to summer '04. At the time, his storefront was considered to be the best futuretech storefront in all of NationStates. He also was the founder and leader of the old "Galactic Alliance," the largest future-tech alliance the NS world has ever seen at least in my time. Virtually every FT RPer was part of it, and never was there a major FT war while he was around. Well, I just want to say, no offense to my friend and ally Klonor, that your storefront is better. You've surpassed the master of future tech, by far, and, to my reckoning, it's only beginning.
I've dabbled in FT, but never stuck to it, and probably always will love the planet-bound safety of my modern style tanks and jet fighters. But for my FT needs, you're the one I'll call.

(OOC: That's...just, mean. Just because you don;t enjoy future tech, that doesn't give any reason to rank somebody's work as terrible...
I mean, it's somebody's effort. And you can so easily put it down just because what they're working on is related to something that you don't like? That's bad no matter how much or little effort you may think was put in.
At least give them a little credit for what time they may have wasted away...
Wow...)

You have to come up with a better reason than that. Just because you don't enjoy FT, doesn't mean it's terrible. That is a closed-minded statement and has no right to be acknowledged. Ignored.

Amen to that. I mean, what the heck? The man puts a goodly amount of heart and soul into it, and you just deny its existence just because you hate FT? A bit rash, no?
Not bad job, Huntaer. Think this deserves a 4 star rating. BTW, what about my commerce raiders? Never got a clear response to that.

I'll get to it...
I like it, and gave it four stars. Personally I have to admit that it almost seems like you have too many ships that are all very similar. Thats not to say their not brilliantly designed, which they are, or just freakin' awsome, which many are, its just that a lot of them (especially the fighters) don't have that many signifigant differences. But hey thats just my two bits

Especially in the G.E., many fighters (such as the Tie's) are similar in design. SD designs are fairly similar, as well as the Mon-Calimari Star Cruisers for the Rebels/New Republic (then again, SW isn't a huge Technologically advancing universe...)

OOC: Indeed. Tech doesn't move much in Star Wars. Of course, NS gives us a chance to fix that little mistake, what with its ability for instant crossovers between universes and all (like anime universes interacting with Jedi/Sith, and Chaos Space Marine forces teaming up with Borg), and the ability to put our imaginations of varying degrees of creativity/craziness to work.
Like (Shameless Plug Alert), my Marinesko TIE fighter. Gaian Ascendancy also has a really huge Star Destroyer that makes the Eclipse look like an ant by comparison, named the Eternal Destiny.

While I dont really care for Star Wars tech (well, except the LAAT/i and the AT-TE), your storefront is probably the best designed, as has by far the most products. Speaking of the LAAT/i, could you get that part of your storefront done? I want to buy a few.

I'm working on that all weekend. I'm almost done with the Infantry store front (which causes most attention next to Naval 2.0). I also need to make major changes with the Land Assault. So, yes I'll get on that ASAP.
