"Thank you, Lord Speaker... I have requested to address the Senate on an issue of national security and of the highest importance to our nation.
Last week the people of this nation voted to vest the authority of supreme military command in the democractically elected cabnet and not in an elite council of military generals.
This was in response those generals testing nuclear arms without the authorisation of a single eleced official, and endangering not only Rotovian lives but Rotovian reputation.
Given that the people of this nation are as disgusted as me I call upon the resignations of General Marcus Feilds, Fleet Admiral Jane Whiting, Air Marshall Julio Harth & Supreme Commander Arnold Holt.
I will have their resignations by breakfast, or I will have them impeached before Senate Committee by lunch!"
The Senate erupts with both sides of the aisle flinging arguement and insult at the other.
