For many decades individual regions of countries have hosted lotteries to the benefit to many and the entertainment of more. For years entire sections of countries have come together in the traditional pasttime of trying to outguess chance and now entire nations will be able to bet money or their chances to win big jackpots. Three randomly selected single digit numbers will be the winning numbers, these will be created from Random.org (http://www.random.org/cgi-bin/randnum?num=3&min=1&max=9&col=3). If winners are routinely chosen after the first drawing the numer will be increased to four, however this is not expected to happen. If no winners are selected then 20% on the money taken from ticket sales will be added to the price of the Jackpot, so if 100 Billion dollars is spent the first round the jackpot will increase to 70 Billion. There are three options for ticket purchasing, the more ticket you purchase at once the lower the ticket price is. Drawing will be ever other day at around 9PM Pacific Standard Time, starting the counting tonight.

Yes, the chances are still fairly high that no one will win until a few rounds in. If they win the first or second round three times in a row then I will change it to five numbers.
