Concerns
- Early model MAP chassis armor plates, while strong themselves, were stronger than the structure of the tank, causing plates to cave in when sufficent force was applied. Solution found when higher-grade steel used in construction of chassis.

-Specialist Infantry force is not supplied with weapons.

-Compression of hydrojet systems in MAP 1 APC systems adversly affected by debris in water. As of yet, no solution is availible except for switching to alternitave maritime propulsion, which could cut speed. Research underway with promising, yet in some cases impractical or expensive developments.

-No naval force - industrial capacity unavailible for domestic production.

-Limited air force.

P-1 9mm Semi-Automatic Pistol

http://www.gunsworld.com/french/graphs/Manurhin_P1_R.jpg

Caliber: 9mm Para, 9mm Luger, 9mm NATO
Length: 196mm
Barrel length: 122mm
Weight unloaded : 742g
Capacity: 15 rounds
Maximum Effective Range: 100m

A highly reliable and servicable weapon derived from the early P-38 pistol, it has been upgraded mechanically and basically, to create a pistol with a better centre of balance and an easier trigger pull. It has been made easier to strip and clean, and is a weapon you can rely on to get you out of any situation in which any other pistol would jam.

It fires standard 9mm pistol ammo, and has a high accuracy rating for a pistol.

CIRAMIX Lightweight Bulletproof Vest

The vest is very lightweight and not at all bulky.

http://www.splav.ru/catalog/img/rask.jpg

1 - Climatic Cushioning support (CCS)
2 - Fabric covering
3 - Anti-Trauma plate
4 - Soft Armor plate
5 - Composite-Ceramic Block.

Weighing only 10.8kg and stopping a non-armor piercing bullet from an AK-74 from 10m, this vest is ideal for troop protection from small arms fire and fragments of shrapnel. It protects all major organs and is fully waterproof.

That is excellent, and with incoming budget aid and loosening on restrictions on the horizion in the Candrian Parlaiment, the government should be well capable of purchasing some for standard issue to the Military.

View through the ASAS (Advanced Small Arms Sight)

Caliber: 6.62 KA (Kazahstanian Alliance) Round
Action: Gas operated, rotating bolt
Overall length: 980 mm
Barrel length: 465 mm
Weigth: 3.12 kg
Magazine capacity: 30 rds
Rate of fire: 750 rds/min

A robust and accurate weapons system, the only thing this rifle lacks is an automatic mode, but pulling the trigger multiple times quickly will create the same effect. Accurate up to over 300m, this rifle is a reliable weapons system due to a simplified trigger mechanism, which makes cleaning far simpler. As few pieces are used from unreliable NATO weapons as possible, as parts have been custom designed.

The main part of this rifle is its superb sighting system. Normal iron sights are supplied and equipped with Tritium coated rear sight, for limited night time use. The outstanding 4x ASAS sight can be attached onto the rail on top, along with a wide variety of other sights from NATO weapons, including the SA-80's SUSAT.

A proven weapon in three Kazah Provinces wars, the P-2 is a pukka piece of kit, and will kindely adorn any army. It is simple, robust and accurate. What more could you want?
