Sarafim would like to expand its technology, and possibly empower other with its own.

The specs: Sarafim has intensive knowledge of space, energy-shields, Space weponry, computer and information technology, and good knowledge of torture tactics.

We will trade our knowledge of Shielding and space travel for advanced land warfare or naval warfare technology and information. We will trade our advanced computer technology for any advanced energy technology (we run on intense solar power and bio-batterys). We will sell/trade out tactics for torture for 100 of your people or enough of your currency to equal 3 billion of my credits(1 credit = .3137 US $). And we will trade our space weaponry (the most advanced to our knowledge) for a complete list and guide to your nations military, tactics, technology, and security (we will not attack, just a precaution against our own wepons).


We will buy all advanced military technology, energy technology, and we will even buy your people. (1person = 33credits, people are cheap)

The Democratic Republic of Halberdgardia has recently designed and begun to build two classes of spacecraft, and although they are highly sophisticated vessels, any technological assistance we could receive to implement in them would be excellent. We are therefore interested in possibly buying space weaponry, shields, and information and computer technology from you. However, we require a show of good faith, so to speak. We would like you to telegram us an example of one of your technologies, so that we might better understand what your technology is like and if it is feasible to implement in our craft. After all, what prospective buyer offers money on something they know nothing about?
