The Stingray Multi-Purpose StarFighter

StarWorx is the notable producer of the Early Tekanian Fighters.

In conjunction with several other firms we have produced a fighter based off of open hardware systems.

The fighter is designed to take on several differing modules for more robust duties.

StarWorx "Stingray"

The craft is a small agile fighter (20 meters in length) housing a crew of 2 persons. Outfitted in this picture with 4 phased particle cannons.

What makes the Stingray unique, is its usage of open design, and modular cofiguration. Any of the crafts weapon systems are easily modifiable by purchasers. And it already has, from StarWorx several optional modules for reconfiguration.

The first available unit is the Warp configuration unit.

The warp unit houses two nacelles, and a microMARC unit. Giving the small craft warp-capability....

Power can also be derived from the inhouse MicroMARC to power extra weapon systems added by the customer.

The second unit is the HyperDrive expansion unit.

It adds hyperspace capability to the small fighter.

Housing panels, and a Hypermatter reactor system. Power is also capable of diversion to extra weapons that can be added by the customer.

The Kraskinov Generator unit.

This houses a small wormhole generator, and a Zero-Point Module for powering the system. (Power as well can be channeled for customer added weapons).

An addition unit, is the LAC module.

The LAC has extra engine capacity, and armor... As well as providing cargo or troop capacity to the Stingray.

The unit can be detached at landing, and act as a small operations center. while the Stingray returns to its home vessel.
