Most cities surrounded by mountains but the planet was completly wiped of city structures so you'll be on your own there. I find many planets drifting along the galaxy and others i create with my planet cloning technology. I can combine different features of planets together so most of these planets are fine.

The nation of Joseph Seal will gladly accept this offer of an alliance to move the planet Pluto to the location of Hybrid Earth, but will decline the offer to build a "bridge" between Hybrid Earth and Pluto(soon to be renamed), and in it's place, request for the terraformers to... in a way... enlarge the planet Pluto so that it's about the size of Mars.

After some more consideration and a small debate in the Imperial Senate, the nation of Joseph Seal accepts your offer for these reasons.

1. Our spacecraft are capable of hyperspace and currently, we are constructing a Holo-Net(the galactic form of Internet if you will) we... "pillaged" off an abandoned and wrecked Star Destroyer on our way to Libertas.
