Today, at 8:00 AM our Prime Minister Roger Donalds was shot, the bullet just missing his left lung. Out of shock and anger, he has left hospital and called an emergency meeting of Parliament, with all of the Conservative MPs in it. They are discussing the posibility of Martial Law, which would enable the government to crack down on wrong doers, and make the streets safer for children.
Lets go to that meeting
Adjudicator: "All rise for the honorable Lord of the Nation Mark Georgeson."
(Everyone stands up)
Lord of the Nation: "Today we gather here, for at 8:00 AM there was an assasination attempt on the life of the Prime Minister, which is why, we have finally realised that there is a very real threat of terror in this state."
After much debate, the Parliament have decided, that they are going to declare Martial Law. They have drafted a plan, which will give Prime Minister Roger Donalds the ability to rule by decree, with his Cabinet advising him, and also
with complete control of the army. Some our criticising this move, claiming that Roger Donalds being a very idealistic man, may create a dictatorship based around his view of the world. However, we can be sure that he will be good.
