The Family Vespeterium has recently 'aqquired' a small fleet of around 10 Cardassian warships from a fleet that illegally entered a Trade Passage belonging exclusivley to our Business Enterprise. The ships are in good condition and we are prepared to sell them to the highest bidder. If no bids are made, we will crush the ships and sell the spare parts to junk dealers and sell of the Engines to other space Fleets. The ships are of the highest class and we will exept no more 500 million for each. The Family eagerly awaits yor reply.
Walter Von Gerrit Milsk Vespeterium XV, Director of Foreign and Intergallatic Enterprise for the Family Vespeterium.

May we inquire which classes of ships you have in your possesion? We are interested in purchasing them.

ooc: i think you should ask more then 500 million for them.

We are selling seven Hutet class vessles and three Keldon class. Our experts have only just identified this fact. We will take no less than $600 million for each Hutet craft and $100 million for each Keldon. Of course, you could just bid $4500 million for the entire fleet. The highest bidder will win. Ready? Go.

We offer 5 billion for the entire fleet.

ooc: Hutet??...are you reffering to the Galor class?...or could you give me a link to the specs of this Hutet clas?

The Hutet is a brand new vessel established by the Cardassians. It is an original design, not a modification of any of the other classes. The Family will wait for any other bids before considering selling the ships. We want to make as much profit as possible.

OOC: A Hutet is not (I don't think) a canon ship class. It originates, I believe, from one or several of the SFC video games. It is, however, a sound class for the species and would be fine for use in RPs so long as it was not god-modded (same as everything, then). A Hutet would be the largest class of ship available to the Cardassians if it were canon, probably a 'dreadnought' class of vessel or similar.

I found a picture of it:

Any more bids. The ones that I have recieved are pretty unsatisfactory, since we lost 122 warriors 'confiscating' the ships from the Cardassians. If I don't recieve any good bids in the next few hours, I will crush the fleet and sell the scrap iron to lowlife dealers. Hurry, hurry, they're limited time only.

Since we have submited an initial offer higher then your request that would meen that we are the winners if nobody bids higher. But since you dont seem to put price on your own words, we withdraw our offer for the ships. Good luck with finding a buyer and perhaps our future trades will work out better.

The family is holding out for a bid that reflects the true power of the Fleet. We are also waiting for others to bid over a three day period. If you want to opt out of the process, then you are welcome to. We will take your offer as null and void. If you wish to purchase ships in the future, then look no further than the Family Vespeterium, one of the biggest trade enterprises in the Universe. No hard feelings Admiral.
Paulo Von Gerrit Vespeterium III, Chairman of the Family Vespeterium.

We are not really willing to wait. You really should price your ships at the amount you want to make from them. If you tell us a price that you find satisfying then we might meet that and buy the fleet on the spot, or just one ship of each type, at the price you require. Please let us know if you are considering of changing the way you want to sell these vessels, and if the price is ok for us we will buy them. As i said, one ship of each class, or the entire fleet at the price you request. We are willing to make the transaction this way if it is ok with the Family Vespeterium.

OOC: I recall the Hutet from a DS9 Computer game. I think it was "Dominion Wars"

Well, since we didn't aquire these entirely legally, the Family has to keep the bid low to start off with. Tell you what, if you offer us 1 trillion USD, we will give you the other 33 ships that we 'confiscated' from the Cardassian fleet. These are 16 Hutet, the rest are a mix of exactly 19 Keldon, seven transport ships and what must be a kind of prison transport (our experts haven't been able to specify). Please let us know, and we will be willing to deal outside of the usual bidding process.

Very well then. We have sent a heavy cruiser squadron with the funds and the skeleton crews for the ships. We consider the price of 1 trillion acceptable for that fleet of 33 ships.
