A man dressed in a black and red jogging outfit knelt down on the roof of a local gym. He layed the AWP sniper rifle agenst his shoulder. Next to him was a gym bag with the words Create Yourself Gym on the side. He reached into the bag and pulled out a rifle clip and stuck into the ammo slot. He rested his cheek on the gun and took aim at a man standing infront of a rather large crowd on a podium. A bead of sweat dripped down from his face as his sights hugged his target's head. His finger trembled slightly as he put it on the trigger. In a few moments this man would be responsible for a most terrifying act. The man at the podium cleared his throat and spoke into the microphone. Mr. Jim Harst, psychotika's top adviser was making an appearance, most psychotikans didn`t know he existed but without him psychotika coulnd`t survive, or at least thats what this sniper thought. He took the shot pretty much shaving Harst's head off of his shoulders. The body fell to the ground hard and the people ran into a panic screamings and fleeing the scene. The sniper put his rifle away pulled out a pistol and shot himself in the head, never to see what his killing would do to the relations between two nations.

As soon as everything had transpired, the Pyschotikan Secret Services at the scene rushed to the second gun shot. There lay a man, a hole in one side of his head, and a hot rifle laying next to him.

The Next Day:

After several hours since the assasination, the Pyschotikan Intellegence Network ( PIN ) began doing thorough background checks on the man. There was no sure identification of the man, but ther ID he gave the front clerk of the Gym, when he came to check out a locker many weeks before, was of a Alexi Ivano. A full test was use on the assasin's rifle, and the model was the exact model Nerotikan military uses. The results of the end analysis was that Alexi was an ex-Nerotikan Marine, Sniper to be exact. Pyschotikan officials, knowing how this man would do anything he was told, were confused yet not confused at the same time. Nerotika and Pyschotika have had there transgressions, and have even drew blood because of past leaders.

Thus, the Government was left in a huge confusion. To them, it would make sence and not make sence at the same time why Nerotika would order a hit.

Capital city, Baersworth, Nerotika

Naki Lok sat infront of a small t.v.He was watching the Nerotikan Central News channel when the information came to him. An elite gaurd ran into the room and handed Naki a document. He read it up down and looked up at the gaurd and whispered somthing to him. The elite stood at attention, saluted then left. Naki turned and placed the documents down on the coffea table infront of him. His plan was working so far.

Operation is moving smooth and going according to plan. Waiting for your orders to commence Sir.

"General Iseala, President Lok Has issued a commencement, We are to continue at once Sir." A Regular Nerotikan Marine stood at salute infront of the General.
"Great...Then we will continue when the time is right. Inform our undercover troops in Psychotika that they've been approved and to wait untill futher notice to continue. Make sure to tell them to also Hold position." With a quick salute the marine was gone and Iseala sat in the room alone with a large scale map of Psychotika on the wall, the map had several red pins in it along with a few white.

PIN Director Reizo Ichiro had finished a phone conversation with his top investigators. He then dialed the number of the Royal Palace, hoping to put together a meeting with the Emperor and Empress about the recent event.

The phone in the Royal Palace rings, and a secretary, knowing who it was since the PIN calls were always transmitted to a private line, picks up.

Secretary - Hello, you have reached the Royal Palace.

Reizo - Greatings. This is Director Reizo of the PIN. I need to speak with the Emperor please.

Secretary - Yes, please hold Director.

The Secretary walks into the Imperial Quarters. The Emperor sat there, on his throne, and she bowed to him and told him about Reizo. The Emperor decides to speak with Reizo. The two, Reizo and the Emperor, speak about what the PIN has discovered. During this time, the PIN intercepted a strange signal. It was decoded, and the PIN fell into shock. Nerotika had ordered the hit, and they were planning for much..much more. The Director had gotten off of the phone right before a PIN Agent came storming in, handing him a file. Reizo read it, and his eyes grew big.

Reizo - Its just as we all feared...Nerotika is forming up for another war with us....send our best teams to the locations listed in this telegram, and make it quick.

Agent - Yes, sir.

The Agent runs out of the room, and does the task he has been told.

Some 10 minutes or so later:

A team of 10 Agents are outside of Hue's Chinese resturaunt. They motion each other about, and prepare to breach in.

At this same time, a team of 5 Agents and 15 SWAT members storm the Lusian Hotel, one of Loma's finest Hotels. The 20 men keep everyone silent, and with information the PIN gathered on the latest Nerotikan Citizens flying into Pyschotika and checking into the Lusian. The 5 Agents go to the exact room number the said Nerotikans have checked into, and they await outside the door, about to kick the door in.

Lusian Hotel, Loma City, Pyschotika
"Shhh everyone shhhh, do you hear that." Everyone paused for a moment and listened. The sound of boots walking down the hallways was a clear indecation. They knew that the nerotikans were there. Without thinking one of the squad members walked over to the door, his gun was straped around his left shoulder as he made his way infront of the door.

Mobile Unit 1, Inside Loma City, Pyschotika
The engine started up as the driver's eyes squented to see the federal building. He pulled out from his parking spot and drove slowly parking himself between two fancy cars infront of the building. He turned to the backseat and lit turned the dial on a device attached to a large amount of explosives. The driver then gets out and walkes away as the car explodes right next to a large crowd.

Squad's Delta and Fox, Hue's Chinese Resurant, Loma City, Pyschotika
"Everyone Shutup!!! Vict shoot that guy he's making to much noise, use a silencer and shoot him."
"Negative sir, General says not intentional civilian causulties. All deaths are to be goverment related. NO CIVLIANS SIR!!!." Victor Shugs yelled back to his sargent.
"Dont disobay me soldier,....wait, holy shit hostiles coming in everyone GET READY." The Squads took up positions as the sargent took a quick shot at one of the pyschotikans through a window. The civilians hostages were ordered to leave through the front door as the squads get ready to fight. These were the only soldiers in pyschotika that wore Nerotikan uniforms.

The Lusian Hotel, Luma City, Pyschotika

The leader of the 5 Agents gave a quick hand signal, and then swung him self facing twards the door and kicked it down, whacking the man right behind it. The 5 Agents storm into the room all screaming " FREEZE, GET DOWN NOW, HANDS BEHIND YOUR HEAD! " one of the men tried to shoot at a Agent but quickly recieved a hole in his forehead. The other men were put into handcuffs and the Agents got them out of the Hotel, and into 2 different black vans, both heading back twards a PIN detainment center. The 15 SWAT members splat up into two teams, 5 to stay back in the Hotel and search for any explosives, and 10 to go to Hue's Chinese Resturaunt.

Hue's Chinese Returaunt, Luma City, Pyschotika

Right before the 10 Agents broke into the Resturaunt, a 'BANG' noise was heard and a pointman felt a sudden heat rush cut the verry back of his head, grazing off hairs and peeling off a thin layer of skin. Immediatly, 3 Agents at the back door come running in through the kitchen and start screaming random words at the Nerotikans. At there sight, there were hostages being forced up to be pushed out the front door. The 3 Agents opened fire on one of the men forcing a hostage up, and recieved rifle fire into his kevlar vest, denting it inwards and causing a small cut wound. The Agent lay on the ground gasping for air, and another Agent kneels down to help take the vest off as the third starts firing back at the man who shot. At this moment, the other 7 break through the front door. A man, obviously the leader of the small force, starts screaming out commands like " FIGHT TILL THE LAST DROPLET OF YOUR BLOOD AS FALLEN " and other things, threatening to fire on them if they disobey. In the end result, 2 Agents were Critically wounded, 1 minorly wounded, and all the Nerotikans were dead. To no one's surprise, these dead men were wearing Nerotikan fatigues. Now..there would be war on hand.

PIN HQ, Loma City, Pyschotika

A guard at the doors came walking twards the car that just parked, and a man came out after reaching in the back. He started yelling, in Japanese, to stop. Right after the first " stop " a huge explosion went off, sending the man flying up the stairs in straight into the front doors. Several others were caught in the explosion. It had been rush hour, and all of these people were just leaving from work and others were comming in for the night shift. 28 People were killed, 31 injured.

Loma City News, LCN

Were seeing rain for the next few days folks. Well enough for the weather, now its time for our top story.

Today PIN Agents made a huge bust on suspected terrorists, one strike in the Lusian Hotel and one in Hue's Chinese Resturaunt. The Government nor the PIN will release any more information. Also, today the ground was shaken in downtown Loma City. The Government has stated that it was just false wiring which lead to a spark in the gas tank which caused today's explosion, the Government says that this is only a freak accident and has nothing to do with today's strikes.

Imperial Quarters, Loma City, Pyschotika

Reizo had arrived in the Emperor's Quarters. There was a table, one end there was the Emperor and his Empress, and the other end was a chair for Reizo. There was a vacant chair to the left, where the late American advisor would have sat. The Emperor and Reizo spoke about what had happened during this history making night. After an hour of arguments on what to do, the Emperor decided it would be fit to cut off relations with Nerotika, interrogate the prisoners in means of torture, and imprison all Nerotikan civilians in Pyschotika and to release them back into Nerotika after they have been searched. The last thing said was to have Reizo inform the General of the Army to prepare defenses, just incase. The security level for Pyschotika has just been risen to the max.

Mobile Unit 2, Inside Loma City

A tall slender man walked slowly to his car. He wore an unusual assortment of clothing and the car he sat in was a very old model. He starts the engine and eyes his target. A large courtroom building. He was looking at the files section of the building as the road ahead of him became clear he pressed down on the gas. The car moving at least 50 MPH the man had no intention on getting out. He quickly turned the dial on the explosives in the backseat and rammed into the building killing 2 joggers as he rampped up onto the curb. The car sits there inside the building unexploded.

Unit 1, Assasination in a park near a goverment building {Target -Executive CEO}

He scannes the area looking for his target. Suddenly he sees him leaving the building walking towards his car which he parks near the playground in the park next to his building. The Sniper fingers the trigger as he waits. The boredem is getting to him. Hie target gets into the car and as he turns the key a sniper bullet flies through the back window, the back of his chair, then into the back of his head. The Sniper rolls off into a bush covering a manhole as the sniper gets away police sirens start up.

County Court House, Downtown Loma City

As the car slammed up into the sidewalk, running over two joggers, and slamming right through the entry doors, everything went silent real quick. Some people came to the car thinking it was an accident, but then people realized what was in the backseat.

3 Minutes Later

A bombsquad and a team of agents had arrived at the scene, and were evacuating EVERYONE. Child custody cases, which were about the only cases THIS court did, were interupted and everyone sent to there homes. After the immediate area was activated, they pushed the car deeper inside the building. Since they would rather risk destroying the lobby/waiting room then risk towing it, they started setting up some wires to open the backdoors. The reason for this was because the bombsquad noticed wires leading to each of the doors, and each backdoor had a shorter fuse. Doing this would blow up the bomb, so now it was under the bombsquad's control.

Everyone walked into shops and buildings across the street and the bombsquad rolled the wire all the way from the car and into a cafe across the street. After the all clear sign was givin, the pushed a short plunger which pulled the string which in turn pulled the opening mechanism under the door handle. After about 5 seconds, a loud explosion was heard as everyone was taking cover behind anything they had found.

Pyschotikan Intelligance Network

Three men sat in a dark room, discussing in silence over what had happened over the past day. It was becomming increasingly dangerous for Government zones, especially for those citizens who constantly walked among these zones. It was time to take control, and secure these zones and find out who are behind these attacks. At the moment, the Emperor's aides in a secret secure location have been putting together an adress to release to the public.

Those terrorists involved will not get away.

Uknowen Goverment Building, Psychotika

A sudden burst of fire emerges inside the front doors as four men run in each with sub-machine guns. They take no hostages and head strait up stairs as they leave wounded guards laying on the ground, guns not even drawn. As they run up the stairs sirens are ringing. Gaurds start running down the stairs in a rush and get shot down before they know whats happening. The squad brakes off into the forth floor and rushes into an office room. They kill the man cowering under his desk then leaved after setting an explosive in the center of the forth floor. As they make there way down the stairs two of them get taken down. The remaining two emerge and get shot down by now arriving SWAT teams. The bomb blows up once the swat team enters the room, the remaining 2 floors above the forth floor collapes.

Shinjyuku, Pyschotika

And the last straw had been plucked out of Pyschotika's nice side of handling Terrorism. The time had come to set aside our wavers for peace, and to come together in arms.

It all happened so quickly. They came in, then they died. The SWAT team was pummeled by the collapsing floors, trapped in the smoke and fire. Firefighters and Riot Police began to swarm the area, as well as onlookers and the Media. The building was not so much of a significant site of Government attention, but it was enough to finally anger the nation as a whole.

The building struck was a Government Office Complex, which sorted through the taxes comming out of Shunjyuku and the small desert towns near-by. The attack may have put a small pause in the Economic affairs of the nation, but not enought to keep Parliament from spending what was necissary to find those responsible. The fire wasn't major, but it did afflict nearby buildings. A few office buildings close-by were damaged, but did not catch fire. And the first SWAT member had been recovered.

Jirakaza Iwo

Jirakaza, the family name of the only survivor from the SWAT team to be found, fell into a deep coma today after being registered at Shinjyuku General Hospital. He has been put under intensive care, and the hearts of a nation are praying for a better tommorow for the new young hero. His name shall be remembered whether he lives or dies, and shall be the calling of the rise against the Terrorism.

Shinjyuku General Hospital, psychotika

"Yes were here to see Jirakaza Iwo, I’m his cousin and this is my friend. My name is Kazamuta Iwo."
The lady at the desk checked her list and nodded.
"alright I just need you to fill out these forums, so we have record of your visit Mr. Kazamuta.
The man who was dressed in a thick coat and wore a pair of sunglasses lifted up to his forehead. He kept going into his pocket to check on something then pulling his hand out and writing down things. Once done he gave the clipboard to the desk clerk and began to walk down the hallway. He came up to a room with two guards standing outside it. After a long while a doctor came and let only 'Kazamuta' in. Kazamuta sat down and began to speak to the man lying on the bed, after 13 minutes he stood and began to walk out. Before he left he quickly pulled out a pistol from his inner pocket and shot Jirakaza then was shot dead by the guards who were watching him the entire time.

Baersworth, Nerotikan Capital Building, Nerotika

After long consideration president Lok decided to go through with his final plan, a full scale invasion of psychotikan beaches and nearby costal towns. Boats were already being loaded up with hundreds of thousands of soldiers who were fully equipped with the latest XM-8 assault rifle and Colt 1911 combat pistol. They would get onboard 135 'Military Cruise Liner' A-101 battle ships which would only hold 600 each because of the extra 2 tons of weight from the Transport boats behind loaded onto the sides of it. The transports were fully armored expecting a heavy defense from enemy forces on the beach. Once in the Miraky Sea they would plan a course for certain beaches as they get closer. General Iseala would lead the assault above command of the 52nd, 34th and 12th divisions. General Trulak would command the 1st armored Division and one of the most highly decorated divisions in the last war the 17th Assault Special Tactics Division (The only division to be given the Assault Special Tactics honor since 1943, the 13th which was destroyed in the last war.) Finally the last commander was Major General Hue who would command the 10th, 13th, 18th and 19th armored divisions. The assault would most likely be carried out on the 17th of April.

Baersworth, Nerotika Central, Nerotika

Ever sence the planned attack on psychotika failed to followe through the new president Andrew Volker vowed to never assault the land of psychotika...that was until the nation threw in its alliance to WLL (West Lesser Land) The new SSUN had scraped its idea's of a large scale invasion until now and now they would be continueing with the planned assault. (See last post for details) The same measurments would be had but this time a bit diffrent, paratroopers would be sent in before the Navy would land. The para's would bring the defence inwards leaving much of the landable beachs clear. The Navy began to launch off with an ETA of four to five days, six if the waters would bad, which they usually were on the Miraky Sea. In the skies over 60 Pelican type heliplanes followed behind 130 SkyDrop C-47 (I think thats it) planes. The plan was to drop the para's in first then land in Special task forces from the pelicans to eliminate special targets on the ground. The planes were launched from a 'secret' airbase built in the Miraky Sea. It was built during the Liberation War by Rebel soldiers out of hundreds of out of date Airstrip Boats, it was a litteral Floating Island.

PIN, Pyschotika Intelligence Network

The man incharge of the PIN sat under a dim light as the rest of the men were watching yet another man showing them slides. These slides were of reconaissance pictures taken over the Miraky Sea, all with Infrared camers due to the lack of visibility of the naturaly fog. Something sempt amiss, a rather new 'Geography' had been added to the sea. The PIN was sure it wasn't there before, then again through all the years of history there were yet to be some islands to be discovered. But then again, perhaps it wasn't an island but something meant to seem like an island. This interested the PIN Agents intently.

In another room, a General and three Agents sat spoking about the latest reports from their spies in Central Nerotika. The Nerotikans have gone through an ellection, but the Pyschotikans still didn't like this guy. Speaches had been recovered of a possible Peace he wanted with Pyschotika, but even then the answer most likely to pop out of Pyschotika would be for them to shove their Peace Offerings where it belonged. It was made pretty clear who the Cowards were behind the terrorist attacks in the past year, and the Nerotikans were going to see the rage of the Republic.

DIET, Loma Pyschotika

The ever so bussy Diet had intervened again. It was a report about a telegram sent to another nation offering it's help to the nation of WLL, and it's intentions were clear. Diet and the Prime Minister were now about to pass a Decleration of War, and a new Articles of Homeland security. The Armed Forces stationed around the many islands around Pyschotika had been issued an order to shoot on-sight, and warnings were to be broadcasted to the open sea to not approach Japanese ports. The only ports left to be open were all in the Northeast, which wold have an hourly scan to make sure that no Nerotikan vessel would enter. The Pyschotikans were also planning their Defense. The definition of beaches in Pyschotika was very dim, as the Southwest of the mainland was verry rockey and had several ridges. It would be rather a pain in the ass to have to climb it, but the Pyschotikans new well of Nerotikan determination. Also, because of the ridges and hard-to-land-'beaches' to the southwest, Flak would be deployed alongside AA Gatlings to help prevent an invasion from the Air.

Finally, the Pyschotikan defensive fleet would be deployed. The sailors and marines on board are trained to not only destroy enemy vessels but to take them in the cast of darkness due to the inevitable day-to-day nightfall.

Any invasion by any sizeable force would be met with extreme Prejudice, and would never set foot on the Pyschotikan mainland.

Articles of Homeland Security

On the date of March the 28th, 2032, ( Random year, we'll decide what year it is later...actually I think me and Nerotika are at 2122 ) the nation of Pyschotika here-by adresses to the world that it shall activate the rights to Militia useage in times of War and the useage of a Nation-wide Draft. The Articles of Homeland Security will also, for as long as conflict exist, permit the Prime Minister incharge to activate Operations without Diet approval and may be permitted to draw out of Pyschotikan resources and reserves to help with the Resource Demands of war.

Here-by, if any such nation shall take over Pyschotika then it is left to the people to help bring such invaders out of the prosperous lands of the Republic and for the Oligarch. May all Nations remember this day and this war, and keep note that the Pyschotikan People are one to not be messed with.

Declaration of War

I, Prime Minister Junichiro Koizumi, here-by sign this Declartion of War with the Permission of the Diet and her majesty the Oligarch to wage war with the Socialist State Union of Nerotika and her allies and assets in order to bring peace to the people of A Lesser Land and to help re-unite them with their brothers and sisters of the Opressed East-Lesser Land and to liberate the peoples of Central Nerotika from such a union. I shall not see rest until these acts have been fulfilled.

Operation - Red River

The Prime Minister has authorized his first Defensive Operation in order to up the defense of Pyschotika. The name he has chosen is in honors of Her Majesty, Akagawa Oro, in which the name Akagawa means Red River. The outlines of the Operation shall be with-held from archiving until when it shall be ratified.

Baersworth, Nerotika, -State- Nerotika Central

Andrew Volker held a cup of vodka in his hands. Infont of him lay pictures of his family along with various picture of former president Naki Lok. He looked at Lok and admired the stronge look of this now dead man. "Scrape the attack." Andrew said into a microphone. He wanted the large scale invasion called off, continueing a dead rivalry would only result in an utter collapes of the SSUN. The states had been arguing over the conflict starting again and Andrew lost out in marjority vote. He signed a retreat bill and sent it to the pyschotikan governmental office.

Andrew sipped his vodka and gave a small gag noise as it went down. He pulled out a pocket knife, a small flip knife with a black grip handle. He jammed it into the table infront of him and left it standing there as he walked away. He sat in his desk and revised a few law purposals and just sat silently. He hoped now his retreat could be seen as a reforming of the once had alliance.

Luma City, Pyschotika

Downtown, 3 a.m.

A man dressed in a long black coat walked across the street from where a city official was leaving work. He took the coat off and threw it on his shoulder. As he walked past the official he dropped the coat and while picking it up he flips it to hide him and the official, he fliped out a knife from his sleeve and jams it into the gut of the official. The knife is left and he walks away leaving the dead official who had rolled into the street gutter.

Downtown, 3:30 a.m.

A sniper rests his cheek on the butt of his rifle. He takes his aim carfully and fires three shots. The shots whirl through the air and into the body of an unidentified PIN agent and a friend. The agent falls dead while the friend makes a run for it before taking a shot to the back of the head. The sniper stands and turns from the window, he fires a shot from a pistol into his chin and falls from the 13th storie window of his hotel.

Suburbs, 4:10 a.m.

Three men brake into a retired PIN agents house. They begin looting his stuff and when he comes out of his room, shotgun in hand, he is shot six times before firing a single shot back. The men leave the house with the old man and his wife dead. The stuff they had were useless items to make it seem like a robbery.


Outskirts of Downtown, 5:30 A.M.

The police station was quite, not mch was happening other than a few calls in to report a robbery and a stabbing. The condition of the person stabbed was unknown but the cops went out anyway. Two cars pulled up infront of the building and the police looked up then down once they saw the cars. It was an automatic responce for them just to look when they hear somthing, anything. four men get out of each car and open the trunks of the cars. The police look up again and one of them get up and begin to move toward the door. The men begin pulling out SAW mobile MG's and they load a box of ammo to each of them. They then turn toward the police station and begin firing.
