Background:
Following independence from Spain in 1816, Argentina experienced periods of internal political conflict between conservatives and liberals and between civilian and military factions. After World War II, a long period of Peronist authoritarian rule and interference in subsequent governments was followed by a military junta that took power in 1976. Democracy returned in 1983, and numerous elections since then have underscored Argentina's progress in democratic consolidation.

In 2000, during the latest election, a Communist Revolution occured being lead by the Argentine Army for National Liberation. Many suspected Bolivian influence, however, that was never proven. The elections imediatly ceased after Salvador Caranza Gossens - 'leader' of the AANL - announced that a new, communist democracy was to be installed. From that point foreward, Chairman Caranza has headed the Revolutionary Committee of the PRCA, allowing annexation of Bolivia, Paraguay, and Chile

(Mostly a tag from the Igovian Soviet Commonwealth up in Finland and there abouts. I feel inclined to point out that if the 1st/2nd/3rd world tags can be said to apply at all, surely yours is a 2nd world state, being left-aligned? That's confusing enough, without trying to pick at your life-expectancy/birth-rate/growth rate information, which I think would be best left unsaid rather than crowbared in awkwardly.
That aside, there's a good chance of positive interaction with the Commonwealth if this South American revolutionary society proves to be all it promises. Don't mind the GSIC agents poking around at your economic and democratic processes :) )
