The Tokera is now begining a new project and is now looking to the stars asking that question, is there life? then there comes the questions of what if, what if we do find life? what if it is hostile? and will we have a means of defence if we go venturing out further into space that we have previously? The tokera's top scientists and engineers are trying to answer these questions by begining project venture star. And starting a new type of warfare, by creating a space defence consisting of the best of modern technology and design. Working together with the Tokera National Space Program (TNSP), even with the combined effort the team can't come up with a plausible design taking into account the specifications of the Tokera National Space Committee (TNSC) . The specifications were as follows a vessle capable of reaching far out past our solar system, being able to make it in reasonable time, and finally being able to hold its own if the trouble should arise, since help would be so far away a rescue mission would not be reasonable. The mission would also require several space crafts to be made along with vessles to act as cargo and transport vessles as well as other crafts such as space based fighters. This program would also require the need for training for a new type of soldier and weapon's and equipment.

OOC: if anyone would like to give me some modern tech designs or help me design these it would be appreciated

OOC: There really aren't any good MT designs for travelling beyond the solar system, unless you want a generation ship. This is mostly due to the fact that you can't beat lightspeed. Oh, and I suggest welding a giant armor plate to the front of the craft, as even dust hitting you at near-c velocity can take a big chunk out of you.

[OOC: I suggest, for MT, that you role play the existance of a worm hole which can take you beyond the solar system. According to Einsten they exist - and there's nobody who could prove him wrong on NS.]
