Running out of the Senate Office to see what the noise was, Chancellor Hook, with three Senators and his aide, saw flames, three men in black clothing walking casually away from the scene toward a blue Ford, and a dead senator. The dead Senator's name was Jack Preston, President of Ederfeth Industries. The big buisinesses had reperasentatives in the senate as if they were actual parts of the nation. This was the third attack by the rebels this week. They hate big buisinesses. It was true, the leading companies did dictate many goverment decisions, but they did a lot of good. Or maybe that was what Hook forced himself to believe.
THE RESISTANCE
The Resistance is an anti-capitalistic orginization who has roused 20% of the national population to their aid. Because they have no international support, and have very little military technology, they have to rely on car bombs, assasinations, and robberies.
THE CAPITALIST GOVERNMENT
The Government has better odds of winning the war. They have control over the entire economy, altough some would argue the economy controls it. It is a corrupt figure of mostly right-wingers. It's military is fairly disciplined, though the soldiers lack the morale of Resistance fighters.
