OOC: this is open to the people from the This RP (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?t=426925&page=1) who recived the Location of the meeting.

IC:

Valykrie looked round, he was un easy with this meeting. Fort Alexadria was an important fort on the outskirts of the Alpha Terra System. It was 7 days since the first meeting and in that time no other contact had been made, the New Tokyo system colony fleet was departing form the fort within the hour but still things were not going to be easy.
Within 2 minutes of jumping distance was the 2nd British Federation Fleet and the 1st Westen Alliance Fleet that were ready to jump in if needed but it was hoped that it wasnt.
On the fort in the main Hanger meny Regiments of NJF, BF and TWA Marines lined the hanger, most of them were honor guard awaiting the arrival of the diplomats.
"Major how is it going?" Valyrie asked as he walked into the hanger and looking at Major Johnson.
"all we a good sir" he said in a ruff voice and saluting, he was old in his mid 50s but well built. He was a Hero of the TSA during the war holding of an assault from the Arab Commanwealth on the Red Planet at the colony New St Albans, he and about 300 troops held of the assault for 4 days befor reinforcements could be sent. With nearly 1200 troops attacking it was amasing he held them off and saved the lives of countless 1000s.
"good good, well when the Arrive you will be informed. I dont want any slip ups we dont know what the races look like and im shore some of our men might get jumpy." Valykire replyed looking around the place.
"dont worried all troop here have empty clips in there guns with a full clip on the belt, Sacurity are on stand by just in case." Johnson replyed still standing at attention.


In the confence room meny of the top diplomats in the TSA were there, includeing a few from the Terran Easten Alliance, Arab Commanwealth and The Red Planet Empire.
Most of the diplomats stayed away from them, since them nations were the most unpopular in the TSA. The room was large, one of the largest on the fort and was in its most formal way.
"so this meeting is to talk about trade of goods and tech and a MPP." one of the diplamats asked.
"ya, well atlest we know our names go down in history" another replyed.
"bah" the russian said looking over "like they will be happy with your lot" he said in a heavy russian acent.
For about 10 minutes the arguement went on, it was normal really not once had anyone in the Alliance of 3 or the founding nations of the TSA ever got along.

It was now a waiting game to find out who arrived first.

One of Kazecistan's bullet transports left the massive bay and engaged FTL. Simultaneously, so did the SC. They both arrived in the designated system together. The SC quickly released three light drone fighters and vanished once again. It reappeared in the original system just moments after it had left.

The BT, now escorted by three LDFs, moved towards the station.

Terrain System Alliance:
We apologies for bringing our large vessel, but it was necessary as our escorts, unlike us, have no FTL capabilities. Oh, forgive me, we haven't been introduced, I am Bryce, diplomat of Kazecistan and the Republic to which it belongs. We wish to meet with your leaders about trade, peaceful relations, and possibly alliance. Where are we to go?


ooc: Bullet transports are small and extremely fast 12 person transports. Light drone fighters are just that small light fighters. 4 missiles each, and 2 Zat cannons.

Captain`s log, Stardate 389657.3, ISS Bekra

"In two hours we will arive to the coordinates received for the meeting with the terrans. Our mission is of a diplomatic nature, carrying diplomat Mogoro to negociate diplomatic terms with the terrans. So far we havent encountered any problems, but we are protected anyway by a Rahmin corvette."

2 hours later, Alpha Terra System

The two ships, the ISS Bekra diplomatic vessel (http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y159/muahdib/photobucket/shalimar006.jpg) and the ISS Rahmin corvette (http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y159/muahdib/systemcorvette.jpg), arrived at the requested destination and sent a message to the terran authorities.

"This is the ISS Bekra, of the Calpian Empire. We have arrived at the designated meeting point. Please provide additional instructions."

OOC: Kazecistan its a station not a planet (well a fort).

IC:
"Admiral i belive our guest have arrived, message recived from both races. One apologies for bring such a large ship brifly and both want to know what to do next." the Bridge Captain said handing the report "orders?"
"Contact both tell them where to land there shuttles, contact the Calpian ships ask them if we are to expect any more." he said, turning to the internal comms device "Major Johnson, our guest have arrived." he said.
"yes sir" a crackling voice replyed.
"Bridge captain, i will be down in the hanger have the Diplomats meet me there its in your hands now." Valkyrie said saluting then turning to walk away.

Ic: "Sir, we are receiving landing instructions."
"Take us in"
The transport landed and a door opened in the back. 3 diplomats and 6 guards stepped out. The diplomats wore traditional earthen robes while the guards wore full dress uniform. Everyone had a beautiful, intricately carved White-Silver staff.

The fighter escourt remained in space.

Bump!

As the shuttles (or ships) landed in the hanger the Honor guard stood at attention, waiting to see the frist aliens ever to set foot on any TSA station.
As the Kazecistan came out of there Ship a load shout could be heared across the Hanger.
"PRESENT ARMS"
Suddenly all the troops who stood with the gun upright in there right arm moved there left arm, grabed the gun and did some fancy thing and made the gun be across them from the left sholder to down to the right hip (you know what i mean).
A red Carpit was running from the ship to where Admiral Valkyrie and Major Johnson stood and 2 of the diplomats for the metting. The all started to walk down towards the Kazecistan people meeting them in the middile.
Valkyrie who was at the lead held out his hand, "i am Admiral Valkyrie of the 1st British Federation Fleet part of the TSA navy. This is Major Johnson of the 1st Combianed TSA Honor Guard and 3rd British Federation Regiment. This is Dr Boris of the Easten alliance and Dr Stephan of the Westen Alliance. The rest of the diplomats are awaiting us all in the Confrence room we are just awaiting the arrival of the Calpe delegate." Valkyrie said looking at who he thought was the leadership, hopeing to hell he wasnt talking to something like the waterboy.

A small shuttle departed from ISS Bekra and ten minutes later landed slowly. From it descended diplomat Mogoro, the calpian representative to this meeting and looked around for someone sent to greet him.

The Kazeci delegates continued on, greeting those who looked important. It was fairly easy to see who was in charge, as they walked in the front of the arrow-like formation. "It is an honor to meet you."

"ahh good good it seems like the calpians have arrived, well we must go greet them" Valkyrie said, "Sargent take the Kazeci to the confrence room."

Another shout of Present arms was called when the calpians had left there shuttle and Valkyrie and the others went to meet them. Once they got to the Calpians a new order was Shouted, "DISMISSED" at this point all the troops Saluted to the Admiral and the guest then turned to fall out. Walking in perfect harmany with each other in the small 5 by 7 blocks still saluting as the went.

"ahh the good Calpians, i myself with to express our thanks for your help in that scuffle with the...Dranconic Order?" he said shore he said it wrong. "I am Admiral Valkyrie of the British Federation 1st Fleet, this is major Johnson of the TSA Combianed Honorguard and 3rd British Federation Regiment and Dr Boris of the Easten alliance and Dr Stephan of the Westen Alliance. The Rest of the Diplomats are waiting in the main confrence room if you would." holding his hand out.

"Tak`Mora Admiral Valkyrie", said the calpian diplomat bowing slightly."I am diplomat Mogoro". As he finished saying this he walked in the direction showed by the terran admiral.

Now 2 TSA Special Ops (http://web.ukonline.co.uk/bingo275/marapril05/SpecialOpsKneeling.jpg) Troopers also stood outside the room, Valkyrie didnt like them at all.

He opened the door, both the BFRM Saluted the Admiral. The Spec Ops didnt salute right away but did just befor the Admiral walked though the door. All the Diplomats at the table stood up aswell as several Corporate Heads, Valykrie now knew why the Spec Ops troops where here.

"take a seat ladies and gentlemen" the admiral said taking the seat at the far end. "here are the Reprasentives of the Terran System Alliance and the 6 major corporations within the TSA, From weapons to food you can guess why they came here." he said coldly towards the Corporate reps.
"now the main reasons for these talks are on Trade, Millitary and Civilian Treaties and extanges of things." he said looking down "below you there is a list of things we offer and what we ask about. Also Background of our Kind, our history, Biolagy and so forth."
Each of the different nations of the alliance wanted different things, rangeing to Foods and weapon types to armor and even just normal things. The Corporations were willing much, open trade, mergers, support and so forth.

Diplomat Mogoro took a quick look at the lists then passed them to his men.

`I`m sure we woulnt have any problem suplying you with what you need, in regard to food and other civilian merchandise. On the matter of weaponry and armour, what exactly would you require? Also, trade agreements, exchange of medical data, maps of known space and other treaties that would regulate the way our two civilisations interact are a distinct posibility to be agreed upon. But again, regarding the military treaties, what exactly do you have in mind? Here is a datapad with a basic compilation of our history and way of life (link to my factbook is in my signature). If we decide to sign a military aliance, then we could be persuaded to sell you ships or military technology, if what we have is of interest for you. We will provide you with schematics of our ships if you find the proposition interesting.`

"Kazecistan is very open to trade. The main thing we desire is raw materials, as our governmnt has little intrest in things it did not build, though we are open to technolagy trade. Militarily, we can sell/trade every thing listed here (http://forums.jolt.co.uk/showthread.php?p=8767163#post8767163) as well as the components and production rights to them. We can give the rights to use our space for travel of trade ships and convoys and protection while you are in our boarders.

At the moment the Easten Alliance, The Arab Commonwealth and the Red Planet Empire are banned from reciving weapons and such to themselves till 2215 thats about 10 years time. By weapons we mean nothing more then things that are at our level and maby a bit higher." he said "Also the British and the Neo Japanese wish for Joint training, Extanges and so forth between militarys."
"ahh yes but the British Federation are also intersted into Genetic Engineering" the British Diplomat said looking around.
"ya to wipe out the Easten Alliance" snuffed Borris in a grawl.

"You all know that all things comeing and going to any of our guests is to be closely monitored to prevent abuse." he looked round at them both, "now Millitary wise its defence and help in a project we soon to start a project to link New Tokyo to Alpha Terra here. The hope is to crate a Jumpgate in both systems to cut down the time of traval from 7 days to mer hours, only thing is its way out of our league jumping into sciences we can hardly get our heads round."

"you can say that again" a corporate head said.

"Well in that case, we can be of service. Why have a jump gate when you can have a jump drive on every single ship? We are prepaired to sell you the rights to our FTL drives."

Well, regarding ships, here is a datapad with basic information about our ships, that is not classified. At your level, i would say we are willing to sell any ship up to destroyer size, and maybe the Aquiel cruiser if we sign a non-agression pact (ooc: stats and pics here (http://s10.invisionfree.com/calpe/index.php?showforum=5) . About genetic engineering, we can help you with that I guess. The dominant race in the Empire is genetically engineered before birth to be of perfect constitution, according to our standards, and our most feared soldiers, the Sentinels, are beeing artificially created for battle and loialty to the Empire. If you accept Kazecistan`s offer for the jump drives, we can also offer you a cheap jump-gate technology, so that you can also use cheaper, smaller ships, that dont have a jump-drive, to reach your system.

"Calpe's offer is a good one indeed. I will also remind you that our jump drives can be fitted to craft as small as our Bullet Transport, which seats twelve people and 2 crew."

"Well The idea of needing to replace our entires fleets jump drives is not apealing as much advancing our Jump Gate project." Valkyrie replyed "in a milltary sence".
"ahh but the Corporations could use such things, even in our Colony ships would be helped by this." A Alpha Shipyard Corp Rep said, "such a thing would be vary good for such things,"
"The admirals right, if you produce ships with such a jump drive that would give the chance of Pirates of getting such things and others." The Japanese Diplomat said, "we get such a thing to help all, we dont want a repeat of the last grate war."
"bahh how can we do such a thing you dogs keep holding us back" The Red Empire Diplomat snaped, "i dont see the point of the Easten Alliance, The Arab Commonwealth and us being here."
"the Draconic Order" The Admiral said, all the faces turned to the Admiral "TSAI belive if they ever wanted to attack us again in force we wouldnt be able to hold them for long, we know to little of them and from what we could tell they are far more advance."

OOC: tell me about it my original Nation used the look of the ships, B5 rules my next set of ships for the British Federation Royal Navy are to be based off the EA ships.
