The Kraven Corporation

(OOC - this is my first draft of the History of the Corporation and will be revised at later dates :))
The Kraven Corporation was formed at the Turn of the Millenium after several smaller companies decided that for the best interests of business and commerce they should combine to become a formidable device in cornering markets and hostile take overs.
The Companies at the time did not have a name, or a leader to ensure that the goals of the conglomerate were followed and carried out... not only did the Company control many small companies but they also were in possession of a large scientific research laboratory that was working on several new projects the Company was interested in.. one of these was Sentient AI computers, a new breed of Soldier, and a revolutionary way to transport materials across continets... the VTOL
Until a leader was elected the Company was directed by a board of directors who all had the same goals and visions for the corporation... Complete Control...
Plain and simple, the complete control of everything in the Country.
The Country this sleeping monolith currently resided was called Slavonia and was a peacefull nation with many lush green forests, a small standing army, many small privately owned business's and a good health and education system...
What happend then is a mix of lies and truths... misworded lies.. and misunderstood truths... the Company had adopted a name now... after the board of directors were replaced by a shady character known on as Father...
Father took control 6 weeks after the Manchillian Science Group had brought the first Sentient AI computer online many speculate that father is this first Sentient AI Computer... other theorise that Father is the origonal Founder of the first company who after a prelonged period of retirment returned and took control of the company.. that for a time was floundering... also another theory of why the Sentient AI Computer took control.... others speculate that the Sentient AI computer developed a power complex and wrestled control of the Company from the directors after infiltrating the Companies Computer system and bringing them down for a time... there are many theories on this.. but so far none have actually been proven.
Father Renamed the company the KRAVEN CORPORATION... and began to systematically take Control of many smaller companies across the nation of Slavonia... 325 days after Father took control of the Companies it was estimatted that the Corporation had control of over 95% of all companies in Slavonia... and this is where the Corporation really used its economic might...
The Corporation not only controlled companies all over Slavonia but also controlled the prices of their products... for example... Bread.. Food, Cars, Clothes.. all of these prices were controlled by the Corportion.. they dictated when there were sales, and when inflation took the prices to an all time high.
1 year and 6 months after Father had took control, the Corporation began a Price war with itself, it Dropped the prices of food in one store to almost insane levels, but however did not stock enough food to supply the demand, then raised the levels of food in another store to unaffordable levels, 1 loaf of bread bordering on 9 Slavonian pounds, equivilent to $10 USD... this began many many food riots...and the Dark times of Slavonia began where underground sects began to clash with the Governments small standing army... (the Underground sects are said to have been funded and Armed by the Corporation although skeptics have won't accept this theory... it is also said that Skeptics are under the Control of the Corporation)
The Situation was critical and the Government of Slavonia struggled to keep control of the situation... it looked from the governments perspective like the Sects were going to wrestle control from them and Slavonia would de-evolve into Chaos and Anarchy... this was the moment that The Corporation stepped in to assist the problem.. using the Research completed by the Manchillian Science Group the Corporation offered to end the situation for the Slavonian government.. to which the Government accepted and handed Control of Slavonia over to the Corporation who immeadiatly declared a state of National Martial Law... The Corporation dispatched the New army known as the Capitol police... Heavily Armoured and with superior weapons to the Sect... the Dark Times were quickly eliminated due to the manoverability of the Capitol Police and the Sects disorganised chain of command...
After the Dark times... People thought the Corporation would step down and Government figurheads would return to power... but this was not the case, The Corporation made a public announcment saying that The Corporation would maintain Control of the Slavonian Country in fear that Sect Groups may still be operating and in the Interests of public safety the Martial Law Act would be maintained Indefinatly.... 3 weeks later the Corporation made another public announcment, That all former Government officals had been assassinated in a Sect car bomb attack... and the Corporation would have to continue with the Control of the Nation...
6 weeks after the Corporation had Officialy taken control of Slavonia... it was Renamed to the Empire of the Kraven Corporation...
On every street Corner is a flag of the Corporation as well as Capitol Police troopers, Cameras monitor everyones movment and everyone is barcoded to ensure that crime is non existant... the small standing army of Slavonia was removed and Replaced by a much larger and more efficient army.. The Imperial Guard...
35 years after the Corporation took control of slavonia... the Completion of the Corporations Government building The Imperial Palace, it was the biggest building in the nation and stretched over a total of 150 km in diameter.. with the central spire reaching a height of 4 miles, and smaller spires reaching a height of 1.5 miles, the Imperial Palace is home to Capitol Police production facilities and Training Grounds for The Imperial Guard as well as Barracks and Airfields...
The Imperial Palace is Guarded by only the most Elite Imperial Guard formed after a sect group attempted to attack the Construction site of the Imperial Palace... the Guard formed were known simply as The Palace Guard and are the most heavily armoured troops in The Kraven Capitol known as Kravonika..
Now follows a breif Political Broadcast on Behalf of the Corporation...
