"Secret societies spawned some of history's most insidious and destructive movements," observed Minister of Justice Friedrich Erhard. "The Illuminati, the Skull and Bones Society, the Freemasons, and other satanic cults have wrought inestimable destruction to civilization. These immoral, devil-worshipping, occultist, sickly organizations have tainted minds and warped souls for many centuries. In spite of the advances our nation has made in combatting subversion, we still have a long way to go! We cannot allow covert, membership-exclusive, secretive cults, clubs, and think tanks plot our government's demise! Henceforth, all of these diabolical covens, are to be outlawed. We cannot all these heathens to spread the dark gospel of socialism, communism, fascism, or worst of all, satanism! As of now, my men are rounding up all members of secret societies for immediate deportation. Once that is done, all non-governmental organizations, think tanks, et. al. will have to register with the government, and all their members' phones will be bugged, their homes and properties placed under police surveillance 24 hours a day, and their passports withdrawn."
