The Chairman of the People's Republic of Tsui Tsawa, the Honourable Chai Na Maan, has summoned a conclave of his top advisors in the capital city of Dangjian to begin planning the growth of this young nation. I, Un Da Dhog, have taken the liberty of preparing the official introduction of the People's Republic to the member nations of the world...

"On behalf of The People's Republic of Tsui Tsawa, I, Senior Advisor Un Da Dhogg to the Chairman, the Honourable Chai Na Maan, wish to officially introduce my home nation and it's people to your gracious regions. As we say in our language, Tsawanese, Meipei Li Kan Bi Stoh Faw Toon Oo Pon Yaw Saul, or "May Pelicans Bestow Fortune Upon Your Souls".

We, the People's Republic of Tsui Tsawa, are eager to make friends with all nations in order to promote the harmony as prophecized by the sacred pelicans that feature within our culture. Thankyou.

He sat back in is chair, oblivious to the ringing of his phone. It had been a hard day, and the recent isolationism of Concremo had threatened his job. He picked up lazily, and after a few moments put it down. It appears that a new Nation has come to light, and one with a bright future too.

We also accept the Mutual Aid Agreement, and legal personnel have signed the agreement here in Dangjian City.

Un Da Dhogg, Senior Advisor to the Chairman of the Republic, is sitting upon the thin cushion, reading through the dossiers confirming the personnel staff for the Tsui Tsawanese Embassy in Innou City, Concremia. His ornate white silk robes surrounded his low-lying mahogany desk, and he straightens the large black headdress so common among high-ranking Republic officials, symbolizing balance and harmony, just as foretold by the Ancient Pelican Legend...picking up the telephone, Un Da Dhogg dials the number for the Citadel in Innou City.

"Hello? This is Senior Advisor Un Da Dhogg to the Chairman of the People's Republic of Tsui Tsawa, the Honourable Chai Na Maan. I wish to speak with the Minister of External Affairs...'
'Hello, Minister? Greetings...tell me more of this Mutual Aid Agreement..."

"Mutual Aid Agreement, essentially an alliance. In other words, we defend you from invaders if you defend us. Our embassy will require 200 peronell and 160 armed guards. This is not negotiable, you got the dossier, yes? Now, about trade. We are prepared to supply lumber, uranium, crops and weapons for their value in American Dollars or Gold Bars. What do you have to offer?"

We would like to open diplomatic relations with your country, starting with an embassy exchange program and a Free Trade Agreement for our civilians. If confirmed, details will be send and we can arrange other things.

"Minister, we shall supply 200 embassy personnel within the next 48 hours. 135 administrative employees, 25 representatives for the departments of the Tsui Tsawanese government, a legal team of 10 people, 10 interpreters & translators and 20 highly-trained men and women from the Tsui Tsawanese Secret Service (SS) will be sent to Concremo via helicopeter in the next several days."

Un Da Dhogg paused briefly as he saw the 'Call Waiting' light flashing on the telephone.
"Excuse me for one moment, Minister...'
'This is Senior Advisor Un Da Dhogg."
A deep voice reverberated across the phone line, and Un Da Dhogg knew not to interrupt. For two minutes, the quiet yet powerful tones of the Chairman of the Republic spoke to him, and when he switched back to the Minister, he had a smug smile upon his tired face.

"Minister? The Chairman has instructed me to inform you that 140 armed guards will accompany the personnel I have already assembled. Allow me to fax this dossier relating to the remaining 20 to you..."

Un Da Dhogg smiled as he bade farewelled to his comrade over the border and opened the dossier now sitting on his desk, placed there moments beforehand by Sekrah Tehri - always ahead of the game, she was.

I am Senior Advisor Un Da Dhogg. I am head of the Ministry of International Affairs here in Dangjian City, in Tsui Tsawa. I am happy to open negotiations with the Democratic Empire of Camewot regarding a Free Trade agreement. Currently, the Republic is in the process of establishing an embassy exchange program with the Republic of Concremo, and it is my pleasure to inform you that the People's Republic of Tsui Tsawa is ready to enter an embassy exchange with the Democratic Empire of Camewot.

The Camewot embassy shall be located here in Dangjian City, located across from the planned site for the Concremian embassy. The Chairman of the Republic requests information regarding the personnel required for a potential embassy in your Empire.
