President Holtz walked up to the podium, a place where he had stood so many times before. In front of him sat at the most 100 members of the press, and about 32 invited guests. The audience waited anxiously to hear what the weathered leader had to say. He cleared his throat and began to speak, "Esteemed members of the press, and other guests, good afternoon. I have called this conference to announce Holy Paradise's most recent action. As we all know, our country is quickly urbanizing. Almost every 2 miles you run into a city of at least 5,000 people. And thusly, Holy Paradisians don't have enough food, as the farmers are forced to leave their lands and go work in the cities. Therefore, Holy Paradise has bought about 1/4th its current land size in islands 500 miles away from the main land from natives. They accepted this offer, and therefore were allowed to keep their peaceful ways and also were given full citizenship, meaning they are now citizens by birth. They have also agreed to help Holy Paradisians farmers produce food at maximum efficiency by teaching them the ways of their land. The area has allowed only one city of 1,000,000 in order to allow farming to flourish. The land is now open for settlement."

"This is HPBC news with Bill O'Really."

"Hello, everyone, I'm Bill O'Really. Today's top story: The Holy Paradisian government has annexed new land today. Here is President Holtz's words at the press conference earlier:'Esteemed members of the press, and other guests, good afternoon. The land is now open for settlement.' Meanwhile, in a few cities in Holy Paradise, anti-expansion protests crowded the streets. One protestor said, "It's our fault we have no room for farming, and now we take land from natives! I bet we did such through violence!"

ooc: Mind if I spice things up a bit? Like kinda sending a small "liberation force" to the native islands thinking you took them by violence, which we got hte violence idea from the protestor onh te news. It wouldn't by anything massive just like a couple ships, aircraft, and some ground forces.
