"One of the most appalling, degenerate, abominable creatures on this Earth is the working man," Minister of Justice Friedrich Erhard said, in a speech before Parliament that was shown live on TV's only channel. "Strikes, collective bargaining, riots, revolutions, anarchy, and all other manifestations of dissent are due in large part to this creature. Marxist-Leninist gangsterism, National Socialism, and all other ill philosophies drew their support from workers. Workers are scum. They are not human beings worthy of rights or liberty. Their only purpose is to serve the nation. In spite of all our recent legislation, workers continue to strike, demand wage increases, healthcare, and other privileges they do not deserve. We must nip dissent in the bud while we can. Therefore, I have asked my colleague, Congressman Dietrich Steiner, to draft the Regulation of Workers Bill, which, if passed, will be signed into law by Chancellor Portocarrero as the Regulation of Workers Act. If implemented, this act:

1.Will outlaw labor unions
2.Will make strikes and collective bargaining illegal
3.Will renounce the citizenship of all workers and lower class citizens
4.Will make all workers and lower class citizens the property of their employers
5.Will deny all workers and lower class citizens healthcare, education, the right to own property, the right to marry whom they choose, the right to have children if they choose (their employer will decide whom they may marry, if they can have children, and, if so, to whom the children will belong), the right to join the National Party, the right to eat at a dinner table, etc.
6.All workers and lower class citizens will be forced to wear collars with identification tags; inside the indentification tags will be microchips that will allow the police to know the location of all workers and lower class citizens, at all times."


When Erhard finished his speech, Parliament debated this act for a few hours. The House of Representatives of the Wealthy voted 497-3 in favor of the bill, and the Senate voted 249-1 in favor. Chancellor Adolfo Portocarrero thus signed it into law.

There is no way to kill the Shah, Persepolis palace is walled, surrounded with motion sensors, motion activated drone guns, helicopter patrols, light tank patrols, and is guarded by an entire division of Immortals! Thats 10,000 soldiers armed with the best weapons we own! Theres no way to assassinate the Shah.

That means that the working population would be completely ravaged by disease. The cockroaches will give them tetanus, the rats bubonic plague, and the feces can spread dysentery, and a host of other diseases, as well as gastrointestinal disorders. They will suffer from scurvy and other malnutrition diseases from lack of vitamins and minerals. What water they can get will most likely be contaminated with cholera, typhoid fever, tuberculosis, diphteria, and many other diseases. And soon enough, these diseases will turn into epidemics, infecting and killing the rich as well as the poor. Putting disease aside, they will be starving and depressed. They will not work as hard and may even sabotage your products. You are begging them to revolt. And "they know the consequences" is not a very good argument. When the workers striked and revolted against the czar in World War I, they very well knew they'd be executed or sent to slave labor camps in Siberia if they failed. And if you're workers are denied education of any sort, they will have no idea how to do their jobs and will be highly inefficient. And you've screwed up your El Caudillo Factbook. The literacy rate for the poor should be 0-5%, since they are denied education. The percentage of the population under the poverty line should be much higher, even unofficially.

That area is a 100metre grass field and at night, the motion sensing drone guns engage any movement in that area. Helicopters patrol around the palace, while light tanks patrol a road around the cleared zone and IFVs do the same thing.
