Preliminary reports are indicating that altough strong opposition is being polled in the western states where the Conservative Party is leading a massive campaign against the amendment, that it will pass by a sufficiant margin.

Perticually in the North East and in the capital of Athens itself the Office Electoral Management is reporting as high as 85% approval ratings for the amendment which the government claims will prevent events such as an unauthorised nuclear testing last week.

Conservative states and the Armed Forces have heavily opposed what is otherwise a widely pushed for and welcome reform to a Constitution of over 700year in age.

The Democratic Republic of Halberdgardia votes in favor of the amendment, hoping that it will reduce the number of accidents and unnecessary harmful side-effects that result from weapons testing. We applaud the nation of Rotovia for taking this responsible step.
