500 sniper rifles, preferably silenced

300 submachine guns
100 tactical shotguns

Land Vehicles:

6,000 APCs
1,000 main battle tanks
450 mobile anti-aircraft missle vehicles
2500 offroad-capable trucks for transportation

Sea Vehicles

5 aircraft carriers
20 destroyers
30 submarines

Aircraft:

300 fighters
150 precision bombers (preferably stealth bombers)
100 carpet bombers
25 mid-air refuling aircraft
20 heavy transport aircraft

100 assault helicopters
300 transport helicopters

Static Defenses:

50 Cruse missle launch pads
700 anti-air missle systems


The price will depend on the quality and condiiton of the hardware

Several of the nations near Xedarr are quite unstable, and we need the weaponry to protect our nation. Also, there is quite a bit of domestic terrorism in Xedarr, and the national military may be needed, as our police forces cannot seem to handle much of it. You have my assurances that the hardware would not be used to invade others
