Official Statement From Joseph Seal

The emperor of Joseph Seal has recently announced that he is planning to build a military for the Imperial Seal Commonwealth of Joseph Seal, the reason being for increased defense against other foreign nations that would want to declare war on the Imperial Commonwealth.

Joseph Seal currently has no existing military, instead having a humongous police force to eliminate crime. The police force is for national security only, and cannot be used as a military able enough to stand up to other foreign nation's armies.

The emperor has outlined the three main parts of a military; army, navy, and air force, with what Joseph Seal requires.

The Army

Joseph Seal requests a "package" of army vehicles and weapons. Tanks, anti-air, artillery, rockets, missiles, recon vehicles, infantry weapons, APCs, and any other kinds of equipment not noted. The emperor adds that he wishes the equipment to be as modern as possible.

The Navy

Again, Joseph Seal requests a "package" of navy ships. Battleships, landers, submarines, frigates, cruisers, destroyers, carriers, and any other kinds of equipment not noted. Again, the emperor wishes the equipment to be as modern as possible.

The Air Force

Once again, Joseph Seal requests a "package" of planes and helicopters. Battle copters, transport copters, fighters, bombers, stealth fighter/bombers, transport planes, and any other kinds of equipment not noted. Again, the emperor wishes the equipment to be as modern as possible.

The military budget of Joseph Seal is 1 trillion USD. The number of soldiers available for service in the Joseph Seal military is 50,000,000 soldiers. The emperor thanks all help in advance.

As to the rest of the nations, I thank you all for your help. We have made a gigantic purchase at Bonstock's shop, and combined with this purchase, we have gotten all we could ask for and more, all for the price of 690 billion dollars.

OOC: Heh, most likely. Or... I COULD take the equipment from that purchase, take the equipment from the Bonstock purchase, and use the vehicles, ships, aircraft and weapons to be models and parts for new, original vehicles, aircraft, ships and weapons Joseph Seal's scientists will be creating. Makes things MUCH simpler. And even then, I'm gonna put some of that equipment into storage. Awesome. ^_^
