The Southern Socialist States issues an offer to all free people of the world. Our land is sparsly habitated, and more are needed to create a thriving region. Are any nations willing to accept a border, and an alliance, with the Federation of Sceptical States. If so, the SSS is willing to accept you, and eventually create a land where the UN delegate will be the most powerful in the known world.
