It had been some time since Darth Tryanny spoke with the Abh and now Praetor Weyoun headed to their capital to speak with the abh on matters from Forming a Allience to Trade Issues.

He was on a Jem'Hadar Heavy Cruiser and was now entering the Abh Capital System.

I am Praetor Weyoun. I have come to meet with your leaders to speak on diffrent issues and above all forming a Allience with you.

The Empress's elite guards intercepted the transmission, to keep the secret up. It would pass off as a diplomat but as to what kind or who would remain unknown. Romage's guards replied:

Greetings from her Majesty. You are clear to dock at bay XZ105-68. Darth Vicious will be there to escort you to her majesty.

The Jem'Hadar Heavy Cruiser docked. Weyoun exited with 10 Elite Jem'Hadar Guards.

" I am Weyoun. I am hear to to meet with your leaders"

Darth Vicious bowed his head. "Please follow me then. I shall escort you to where her Majesty awaits"

The Sith Knight led him down a short corridor and unto an elevator. It led up to an observatory where they could see ships of all models coming and going. There stood Empress Romage with several guards.

Romage: "Greetings"

weyoun bows his head in respect. " Greetings your highness. I am Praetor Weyoun. Loyal servent to the Founders and Emperor Jayce. I come to speak with you about the future of our two Empires."

Romage: "Then by all means speak. We would love to hear what you have to offer."

Darth Vicious walked over and took his position behind the Empress.

" Ah right to the point i see. Very good then. I come to ask you to Join the Grand Dominion Axis. Its a growing allience with such powers as the Romulans joing. Deatharon may soon follow in joing as well. The allience is a growing power and soon to be the number one power in this Region of the universe.

That is why we come to ask you to join it. It would aid both partys greatly. We also come to offer our help in bring your troubles with the United Mankind to a end."

Romage: "Your proposal of this alliance intrigues me. I am curious as to what goes along with it. As far as help with the UM, we are currently working with the Gaians to alleviate that situtaion. That conflict will be over shortly."

" We have info that the UMK attend to use a Biogenic weapion on us for our friendship with you. We ask that for our own protection we be allowed to send ships to bring a faster end to the war."

Romage took the pad and handed it to an advisor. "The treaty will be reviewed in full. As far as the UM, I ask that you leave some of the enemy left for the Gaians and my Fleet or else questions will start to be asked. Only a select few know of these dealings."

Weyoun smiles " We would only go and confront them on the matter of the Biogenic weapon. Once that is done we would leave them to you.

As for the Allience take all the time you need to review it. We hope it meets your approvel"

Romage: "Then you may do what is in the interest of your people. As far as the alliance, I am sure there won't be a problem with it."

Weyoun smiles " That is good to hear. I also wished to speak on culture matters as well. One thing i wished to know is what is Abh Hell? I have heard it mentioned alot in your darker sides of history."

Romage: "Abh hell is a method that keeps my people safe throughout the galaxy. For the murder of any Abh, the culprit is brought back to the capital where they experience pain beyond their wildest imagination. We have the ability to keep them alive for as long as needed until we feel that they have suffered enough and then they die a slow agonizing death as agonizing as the whole torture experience."

" Intresting. I would like to send some Jem'Hadar to go threw this. The Founders are always wishing to test them agianst such things. A Jem'Hadar as never begged for mercy or showed signs on pain befor. As such we wish to test this agianst your Abh Hell."

Romage: "Well first it would depend how many of your troops you would like to put through this experience and when. I also would like your word that no blame will fall on us if some of your troops are killed in the experience."

Weyoun nods " No blame would come to any abh. And as for who hmmm."

Five Jem'Hadar Guards stepped forword " Let us prove our selves worthy to the Founders"

Weyoun nods " very well we now know who and how many. And you may start as soon as possible."

Romage: "5 will be fine. I will have the chamber prepared for it immediatly. Are there any witnesses you would like to have present at this......occasion?"

" Yes me and four other Vorta commanders will wittness it"

Romage: "Then please follow me if there is nothing else."

The empress and her guards lead the way to the chamber of Abh Hell. There layed tables with harness and equipment that made you queezy just by looking at it. There were other devices that the use could not be phantomed. As the room lit, it was obvious that the tortures were publicised as a colosseum effect was given off.

Weyoun and the Other Vorta followed the Five Jem'Hadar that would under go the test. The other five followed behind to guard Weyoun.

" Intresting room" One of the Vorta said.

Romage: "Yes we are quite proud of it. Now if you would be so kind as to strap your soldiers onto the table, we can begin. Please make sure they are securly fastened."

The Vorta strap their Jem'Hadar testers down and then step back

Weyoun nods " You may start"

Romage: "As you know, all nerve endings are at the surface of the body. They lay just under the skin which gives us all the ability to feel. In older torture methods, body organs would be taken out while the victim was still alive. Unfortunatly once past the skin, they no longer feel the torture. The Abh have devised through science the means to make the nerves react at all levels of their body."

An Abh inquistor walks past each soldier with a syrange injecting a syrum.

Romage: "This will allow the soldiers to feel at every level and every fiber of their body. Since we did not wish the effect to be permanent, we have dilutted it a bit so the effect will eventually ware off. It will only take a bit for the syrum to take effect."

Weyoun: "Intresting, Jem'Hadar have been created to feel very little pain. They feel it tho to tell them where their weakness is. However reaction it is rare indeed. The ones that have shown it were destroyed. If you can make them show their pain its a rare thing you will have done indeed. Dominion tends to send pain signels right into the brain. With a flick of a switch it can send diffrent levels of pain into the brain for hours at a time. However this could prove to be intresting"

Romage: "As you may already know, the most sensitive parts of the human body are the finger tips. You can even feel the smallest of cuts. There is another very sensitive extremity but I am assuming that you would like to keep that attached so that you may use your soldiers for breeding. So the inquisitors first step shall be to remove each and every finger and toenail one at a time."

The Abh inquisitor attached clamps to every soldiers nail. He walked over and flipped a switch on each maching. The clamps slowly began to wind back, pulling the finger nails along with them. Some nails came out with a bit of excess.

Romage: "Don't worry. Somethings can be regenarated"

A male Vorta commander remarks " Jem'Hadar are cloned. The are not able to breed. Remove what ever you see fit."

The Jem'Hadar kept their cold emotionless face. They could feel the pain but to them it as a test to show their loyalty to the Founders. However Two were running low on white.

Romage: "Good. That will make this process more intriguing for you. Alright for our next procedure, we will administer electric shock. This usually makes just about any lesser man scream for their mother."

The Empress turned to the Inquisitor
Romage: "Cut their clothes off. I want them stripped completely then administer the electric theorapy."

The Inquisitor cut each soldier's shirt and trousers off leaving them bare. He then hooked up prongs that looked something like jumper cables to both nipples and on each testicle. Each cable had a it's own power source to give a very unique electricution feeling. The inquisitor walked over to the generators and switched it on low first. Then slowly working the voltage higher.

The Jem'Hadars legs twitched a little as the volts went up. However none screamed in pain. The Vorta noted that the Jem'Hadars muscles did twitch a little. This would need to be fixed in the newer Jem'Hadar.

Romage: "Interesting. They are quite impressive. Increase the voltage to full power Inquisitor!"

One Jem'Hadar slightly grunted in pain but did not scream. Weyoun made not of the one that did this.

The others kept their emotionless faces as their legs and arms twiched a little more.

Romage: "Now comes something a bit interesting. This should be fun too watch. Oh I also might add that this particular method is used against those that happen to rape one of the Abh."

The inquisitor shut off the power for a moment and walked down each soldier setting up a water spicket and turning the nozzel on each one on. A steady shower washed over each soldier. He walked back to the generators and let the soldiers have a blast at full power.

Romage: "The water allows the electricity to not only travel through the body but also across the skin burning it as it goes."

The Jem'Hadar that had grunted befor screamed in pain as his skin burned. The secound that was low on white started to show signs of pain.

The others remained emotionless as their skin burned.

Weyoun looks at the Female Vorta " Number Nine has failed the Founders. He will be put to death if he lives"

The Female Vorta nods.

The Inquisitor shut off the generator for a moment and removed all the clamps from each soldier temporarily. An overhead was lowered over each table. To the side of each soldier were five bionicle gloves. The gloves were slid onto their hands. The idea of the gloves was to remove the skin from the fingers and castrate the blood flow to prevent them from slipping into unconciousness. While the skin was melted away, the nerve endings remained. The Inquisitor then reinserted the clamps but this time adding them straight to the exposed nerves. This would allow no interference with the current to the nerves. A stron enough current would cause the nerves to explode sending hot pain searing through out the body.

Romage: "My dear Weyoun. Some of this is mear childs play. If you would allow it, I have a treat instored for you. That is if you have the time."

Weyoun has his usel intrested look " Do go on."

Romage: "We have a rare breed of women to display for you. They are an ancient means of torture that we have rediscovered. They are called Mord-Sith, no relation to a Sith. Mord-Sith were always women and we have kept the tradition. Their instrument of choice is the Agiel which has magic in it that is bonded to them. They are masters at giving pain for long periods of time and keeping their victims alive. In ancient times they were used to combat wizards and such, perhaps could work on anyone that controlled the Force. Anyways, they had the ability to turn the magic on the user and controlled their every move. How they choose mates is also interesting. Would you like to try them out on your soldiers?"

The Inquisitor went about the torture moving on to stretch their limbs to the point of dislocation.

" It sounds intresting" Weyoun says.

" I would like to see this."

Romage snapped her fingers and 5 Mord-Sith entered the chamber. Each wore skin tight red leather to hide the blood and a leather rod hung at their rest by a gold chain. Two were Abh and all had a single long braid.

Romage: "May I introduce Carla, Nina, Denna, Nicci, and Rona. If I were you I would not use their name without the proper respect of the title Mistress infront of their names. Their Agiels can different extents of pain. It is truly remarkable."

She turned the five women.

"Please begin."

The five soldiers were taken off the tables and shackled up over their heads and their feet dangled over the floor. Each Mord-Sith picked their respective victim. They racked their Agiels over the soldiers' bodies causing blood blisters to form over every inch that they touch. Some used their Agiels to send powerful shocking blasts to the temple to establish dominance right off.

A messenger entered the room with urgent news and stepped off privatly while the tortures continued.

Messenger: "Your majesty we have urgent news concerning the Neo Zetans."

She put her hand up to silence him for a moment and turned to Darth Vicious "War has started with the UM again. You are to take a fighter and prove your training to the Empire. I have a special class standing by awaiting you. Remember, show the enemy no mercy or quarter. Kill all you can and end the war quick and return to my side. And one last thing before you go. Do not let the Gaians know who you are and try to avoid them at all costs but do lend a hand to them. They are still our allies in this and we have respect for those that stand at our side."

Darth Vicious: "Yes Majesty" And left the room heading to the launch pad then off to the battlefield.

Messenger: "Your Highness. There is news from a Freedom Front that the Dominion means to invade us after our war with the UM is over while the Gaians are tied up. They expect us to last four monthes."

Romage: "Then they severly underestimate us."

Messenger: "What are your orders?"

Romage: "Recall half of the forces that we have with the Gaians and have them start establishing defences and every strategic post. If we have to, we will invoke the planar space wall to keep everyone out."

Messenger: "It shall be done your Highness."

Romage walked back over to the torture preceedings a bit disturbed.

Weyoun looked at Romage " You seem a bit unerved is everything alright" He said in his cold voice.

If the report was real or not their could be proof it was. Thousands of Dominions ships would soon occupy some former Untied Mankind Terrtory. Terrtory that would border the Abh.Aready Fleets were near Abh Space.

And Five Jem'Hadar were still not going threw the test. Jem'Hadar that could snap a humans neck with ease. Even Romages if Weyoun gave the word.

But if its a false report then the Abh have little to fear.

Romage turned to Weyoun with an equally cold tone "Nothing we can't handle. Just try to enjoy the tortures."

The Mord-Sith went about their business with some already starting to have blood streak across their face as more and more welts appeared on the soldiers. Some bashing a soldier over the top of the head with their Agiel and others went for more sensitive areas. All finding delicate nerves to exploit.

Romage: "There is one area that I have not allowed them to touch yet because very few live through the experience. Since these are your soldiers I was only awaiting your permission to test it out and you may pick the target."

The two Jem'Hadar low on white were the only showing pain or yelling

Weyoun nods " I do not understand pick the target? If you mean whitch solider then by all means any of them"

Romage: "Then if it's alright with you, the one that is already crying out with pain. It would be easy to go ahead and dispose of him now and save you the trouble." She turned to the Mord-Sith "Mistress Carla, if you would be so kind as to see if that soldier is even worth the time."

Carla: "My pleasure Empress."

Carla moved to the side of the soldier and flicked her Agiel into her hand. With one flewid motion, she drove the Agiel into his ear and let out a tremondous burst of energy and held the Agiel in place.

The Jem'Hadar died from the energy

Weyoun nods " Even Jem'Hadar are mortal."

Carla walked over, leaving the dead soldier still hanging by his wrists, and took her place besides the Empress.

Romage: "If you do find the recipe to immortality, please do share it."

" Ah but we have. The Founders are Immortal."

Romage: "Now that is interesting. If I may ask, how did you come up with that?"

The Mord-Sith continued the torturing.

" It is just who they are. The Founders are gods."

Romage: "A pity"

Denna invoked one of her favorite forms of torture with a man. She put her Agiel between her teeth and gave one of the soldiers a long kiss allowing both of them to feel the sharp pain. Unlucky for the soldier, the Mord-Sith feel the pain of their Agiel everytime they wear it and are uneffected by pain.

The Jem'Hadar that had their supply on white were in great pain but showed no sign of it. Weyoun never had a real doubt it. It was mostly to show the Abh the power of Jem'Hadar.

Weyoun smiles " as you can see the Jem'Hadar are a breed apart from other races."

Romage: "Yes they make good fodder. Unfortunatly any mortal can die from a well placed bullet by any lesser man."

She turned to Nina who was torturing the other soldier that was showing pain and running out of white, "Finish him off Nina."

Nina: "Yes Empress" She flicked her Agiel up into her hand and snapped it into his ear leashing another burst of energy.

The Jem'Hadar died from the blast.

Weyoun smiles " Yes but unlike most races these can be mass produced. It only takes a few days for a Jem'Hadar to be created. And they are born ready for fighting. They have fought battles that any other would see as hopless and a wast of life. And do to their will to fight to the end they have turned it into great victory. The Dominion has not lost a war in 10,000 years and it shows."

Romage: "That's enough. My Mord-Sith could go on torturing for days until they ran out of white. There is no need to waist our time doing so. I am sure we both have important matters to attend to and I have a war to wage."

The Mord-Sith unshackeled the soldiers and handed their clothes back.

Romage: "Is there anything else you would like, Weyoun?"

" I would like to hold another meeting soon. To talk about setting the border of what Untied Mankind systems will go to who.The Invasion by our forces is well underway i am sure by now."

The Jem'Hadar recloth them selfs and get back into formation. They made it threw Abh Hell.

Romage: "The meeting may commence as soon as you wish."

" How about two weeks. You may have the Gaians i come as well i guess seeing as they are aiding you."

Romage: "Very well. Then I shall inform them of such a meeting. And what location would you desire to hold such a gathering?"

"The Ormus Mobile Fortress 23 in orbit of one of the former Untied Mankind Capitals. Its fitting place to speak of the divsion of their terrtory. I hope by then they will attend as well to sign the peace treaty so it can all be done at once. But if they prove to be hard headed we may have to wait for that"

Weyoun sighs " some nations dont know when they are beat"

Romage: "There are those nations that hold a large amount of pride. Mine is one of such nations. I agree to your location. I will meet you there. Are there any regulations as far as escorts?"

" Two Cruisers sould be enough the system will be filled with Dominion Ships as well as orbital defence stations a chance of a attack is slim"

Romage: "I'm sure. Well if there is nothing else then I guess this is farewell for now. I will have someone escort you to your shuttle."

Weyoun slightly bows " Untell we meet agian" He turned and once escorted to his shuttle he left for his ship and set corse for home.
