OOC: This is a thread on the Situation of the star sytems taken from the Gaians when they retreated from the Antaries Galaxy (My nation's home Galaxy).

IC: The Imperial Republic of Deatharon was now rapidly expanding the depature of the Gaians had given the Deatharons a golden opportunity a chance to become a Galatic Superpower in the Antaries Galaxy. The Deatharon Military sent hundreds of warships to secure this area. All seemed well the colonist were going to be arriving on the new worlds and have entire cities waiting for them all seemed perfect. The only problem was the Imperial Republic of Deatharon had only annexed the old Gaian Starsystems, Many in the Imperial Council wanted to expand further to increase Deatharon's stature. The patrol ships were at this time picking up odd signals of an unkown orgin it was believed that an alien race was out in there. The Deatharon Military wanted to send a scouting fleet to locate the source of the signal. In two days time they get permission and a small taskforce of one Imperial Battlecruiser and 3 science vessels, opened a wormhole at the predicted location of the strange signals.

OOC: anyone want to play as the aliens. (Not themselves.)

OOC: Ok you can pick what type of aliens you are and what tech you use but please refain from using godlike FT tech like the ones that destroy an entire Galaxy or starsystem.

(OOC: Seems like it's not really taking off, but I'll moniter until it becomes active.....or dies.)

green charm-halfspin waited, it was very tedious work, but monitoring the void was something the emperor wished to be done. usually,it was done by the youngest, weakest warriors. but Green charm-half was different, although he was Maintainer, he was able to understand navigation. an ability he had stumbled across by accident, and one the warrior he had been assigned to had put to use.

The Imperial Battlecruiser Hornet was assign to esscort these three Science Vessels to this unkown signal that was constanley being picked up by Imperial Command. The Captain Lisa Valentine hated esscort missions she found them extremely boring she would rather be back assmilating the Gaian Starsystems with the rest of the Imperial Republic Space Navy however orders were orders. The Wormhole had opened into the new system were the signal was thought to be orginated. The four Ships exited out three of them were frigate sized the other one was much larger. The Ships start scanning the system for signs of life.

suddenly, not one, but four ships emerged from the void, charm quickly radioed the outpost:"master, big uglies ships come, I have seen them, I tell you of them. I have done this."

The Science Vessels scaned the nearest planet first. The scans were mostly to see if the atmosphere was breathable in human standards. The Imperial Battlecruiser had shields up and weapons online. Experience had taught the Imperial Republic Space Navy not to keep there guard down in the outer systems of the Imperial Republic of Deatharon.

OOC: I’ll also pop in as some aliens. I can also explain the strange reading you picked up too…

IC: The eyes. So, so many black balls of glass. All seemed dead, but a malign intelligence inhabited where the soul should be.

The vast creature at the center. The heart, the great womb, continuously producing its children. And soon, they may be able to travel freely…

Excellent…life forms detected. Psychic beacon appears to have worked. But perhaps they have come here purposefully? They are investigating the sister planet. Soon they will turn there attentions to this inhospitable dead world. And imagine their surprise when a small out post of humans exists.

Some of larger organisms expressed concern having encountered various forms of technology…

What about there scanners? Won’t they pick us up?

And throughout this conversation, on lookers would here nothing. Every command, every syllable is through the synaptic creatures. It is thought that they are incapable of speech other than hissing, growling, and other animalistic noises…

No my children, we have evolved around such things a long time ago. We shall remain undetected until they probe further or we reveal ourselves…And so the eyes waited. Patiently as they have for millennia…

The Deatharon ships had picked up life on the first world. The Second world was now being scaned by the Science Vessels the Imperial Battlecruiser had its weapons trained on the first planet ready to attack should the planets inhabitants try and attack the science vessels.

Sinj-skekk was awakened from his nap, that annoying worm of a maintainer was trying to get his attention. perhaps it had been a mistake letting it fly the extra ship. a thought that evaporated as soon as Sinj reacher the terminal, that ship had to be at least the size of a command carrier, a good find for any warrior. he launched, the report would, of nessity have to wait until he caught up with the maintainer. as he flew, Sinj decided he had to do something for it, What did maintainers do for fun anyways? he wondered.

The Imperial Battlecruiser was ready to attack it needed authorazation from the Imperial Council and the Emperor once they got that this world would find in a few weeks a fleet of Warships in this system raining missiles and phasers on there major cities.

IC: The chink, clacking, and other noises filled a cobwebbed room, as an ancient machine was turned on. A message kept repeating as it was broadcast over any type of frequency it could.

Help. Our ship crashed. We have built a temporary settlement. Help. Large reward for those who transport us home. Help.

IC: The Imperial Republic warship sends a holo image of the Emperor in every major city on the planet first. The Emperor saids, "You shall surrender to the Imperial Republic of Deatharon or be destroyed by the wraith of its military the choice is yours."

The second planets message was picked up by the science vessels. One of them beams down a team of 10 scientist to check out the situation.

sinj-skekk's mantainer was still following the big ship when he arrived.
"very well, go back to the outpost, you shall be rewarded when I return."
Sinj surveyed the situation himself, the four smaller ships looked harmless enough, but the big one might be a concern. they had reached the outer planets of the empire, one was mostly used to resupply the border stations, the other, well, he had never heard of anyone landing there. might be an imperial secret, might not. in any case, he had done his job.

The Imperial Battlecrusier Hornet moves towards the planet that had what appeared to be ships near it. The Hornet sent a message through different frequncies hopeing the aliens would understand: The Imperial Republic of Deatharon has claimed this system surrender to our Emperor or face his wraith.

this was a matter of import, the advisors told F'lus Skekkaga, Grand Emperor of the tainted stone, and ruler of all Skekses, some pesky "emperor" sought to claim the skekk homeworld as his. there could be only one reply,

there can be only one Emperor over Skekksis, prepare to die!!!
with that message, the might of the fleet launched against the invader

The Hornet responds by fireing Phasers and Alpha Warhead Missiles at the advanceing fleet. The Hornet was falling back away from the planet and sent distress signals to the Imperial Space Command.The shields on the Hornet were raised to protect the ship from incomeing fire. The Science vessels jump out of system and leave the science team on the other planet.

IC: A nibble had happened. Now the fish must be reeled in...
The camp had seen better days. The wind swept town was in shambles, only three or four out of the structers were intact. One of the humans ran up. His suit while in taters was obviously a space suit.
"Hurry, the others need medical attention, follow me."

He started running back to the largest structure next to a rock formation...

the awesome might of the imperial fleet was clearly too much for the invaders, thought Iyar-skekka. ignoring the incoming fire, even as a missle destroyed his wingman. "let them flee, that their leader may learn of their cowardice, focus on this last, he feels himself a warrior. No Mercy!!"

The Hornet keeps up its counter attack. The enemy was damageing the shields down to 40% power. The Hornet attempts to manever around the enemies fire while returning fire. The Imperial Fleet was now about to jump into the system to relieve the Hornet. The Fleet needed to get Imperial orders to jump however.
