Four hours ago, a jet transport infringed on Imperial airspace. After twelve minutes of ignored radio transmissions, visual directions from fighter pilots and even a very stern warning shot from fighter cannon, the plane was fired upon with heat seaking missiles.

The plane and lone pilot, who did survive, have been determined to be foriegners.

The aircraft could be Miraclian. One of Air Miraclia's old 727s was stolen last night. If you allow, I'll send in a team to investigate.

The survivor is unknown to us, but if it is determined he stole the aircraft, and the aircraft does indeed blong to Air Miraclia, I'll want him extradited, to stand trial in Miraclia.

The pilot's nationality cannot be determined. Apparently he is quite resistant to... harsh interrogation. The Imperial Inquisition is becoming quite impatient with the man. His plane has few markings on it, most in English. As that is the world Trade Language, it could have come from anywhere, but the pilot's tattoo seems to link it to an English speaking nation.

We shall allow a small team to enter the Empire and investigate.
