The country of Ketzu is an island nation located some 40 sea miles off the East coast of Japan. The island has a land mass of some 237 sq miles. Its central mountain is mineral and ore rich. Off the coast it has several oil rigs under governmental control which pump out most of the countries exporting revenues.
The countries president and ruler is Chen Zsu. He is a man who has ruled the country for the past 27 years.
Though small the military and society of Ketzu is very much advanced from trade with Soviet Russia and America, each trying to compete to gain Ketzu's loyalty to their causes.
