The crimson and gold-robed man, wearing an adorned crimson hat, a solitary gold 'Y' forming the centerpiece, stood at the desk of his superior. He spoke in his deep voice, "Prophet Ghavin... We have a perplexing problem..."

The man seated behind the desk glanced up, leaning back in the heavy, leather chair. He was in a white robe, a crimson 'Y' covering his chest. "Prophet Huvair, what is this 'problem'?"

The prophet changed his standing position, straightening up, "The Minor Council of the Prophets of Y have run out of options on dealing with expanding our influence, we have no more credible options left, especially after the collapse of that interview with Vizion. And therefore, we ask the Grand Council of the Prophets of Y on its views... Prophet Ghavin."

"Hmm..." Ghavin stopped to think, "Begin opening diplomatic channels, by doing so, we can see who is vulnerable, while simultaneously expanding our horizons. Eventually, we can expand our religious influence all across this world, as soon as they see the light of which the Great Y offers. Please, Prophet Huvair, relay to the Minor Council these plans, begin diplomatic relations..."

The minor prophet graciously bowed, "I shall Prophet Ghavin." He quickly exited the Great Prophet's chambers, swiftly making his way to the Minor Council's chambers, where the group unanimously agreed to follow the Great Prophet's recommendations...

Official Government Statement
-Holy Republic of Zelsa-

"The Holy Republic of Zelsa, and its governing body, the Great Council of the Prophets of Y, have decided to open the nation up to world-wide diplomacy. Currently, we are welcoming embassies, which will be placed in Zelsa City, on the coast, in a newly built diplomatic quarter. Also, we are welcoming industry, businesses, etc. along with questions concerning our nation, its religion, or its past.

We will allow as many as fifty embassy personnel, including a ten-person security force armed only with pistols or sub-machine guns, without silencers. One vehicle [within reason] is allowed besides Zelsan-owned vehicles. Major security is provided by elements of the Zelsan Army. Embassies are subject to random raids to ensure they are adhering to these principles and not serving as a weapons or intelligence cache.

Thank you for considering us."

So the embassies are not considered territory of the nation that holds it, as is traditional?

OOC: I'm tagging this. I seem to remember we were plotting an RP a while back, Zelsa. Are you still up for that?

His Majesty's Government is still attempting to deal with a deadly plague that is ravaging our country, but as soon as we are stable enough, we would like to have an exchange of diplomatic facilities. The terms applying to our Embassy in Zelsan territory would also apply to a Zelsan facility in Romandeos.
