These were by far the most absurdly-behaved, perplexing creatures the El Caudillans had ever come across. Each of them looked exactly like a human, except that they each wore only a pair of gray sweatpants, with no shirt, shoes, or socks. Males and females looked exactly the same, in fact they all looked like males. They mated by rubbing their ears together and screaming like howler monkeys. They waved their arms about and groaned idiotically, like zombies, and their gait had a sort of stagger. They moved as if in a drunken stupor. They were capable of saying only one word, "Turta," which the explorers assumed was the name of this abhorrent group of 'people.' Turtas had very peculiar habits, such as leaving their grocery lists at home and then going shopping, and ending up completely forgetting what they were going to buy. They also put silverware back into drawers after being used, rather than washing it. They poured paint thinner on their toothbrushes and brushed their teeth with it. Etc. Such mindless morons were not worthy of liberty. Without hesitation, the sailors captured each and every one of the 560 unarmed, defenseless Turtas to bring to the mainland.

I do not respect the authority of the New World order and affiliated organizations. Thank you. I reccomend by Caudillan allies take the same attitude as mine. In addition, I hereby permit El Caudillan ships transporting Turta slaves to fly the Parthian flag and consider themselves as Parthian vessels. Ahh Hogsweat always enforcing your 'human rights' upon other nations, tsk tsk tsk. El Caudillo found them, so therefore they are property of the government and you have no say over the matter.

But please tell me several things 'Oh Great and Righteous' nation of Hogsweat what would you do if El Caudillo refuses, invade? Oh now that would be highly contradicting would it not be? I mean after you so righteously defended the Feline Catfish nation's right to own nuclear weapons you dare say El Caudillo doesn't have the right to own work animals? A nation's sovereignty is a nation's sovereignty so therefore you cannot invade whenever you feel like, and I promise you the international backlash against you would be enormous, watch your steps nation of Hogsweat, your power is not as great as you think it is.

Dracun Imperiums assumption that the government of a nation, in fact, any government, or anyone, could OWN a human being is proposterous. These humans are not ANIMALs, they are human beings. Message to Hogsweat,
You can break any promise you wish, but we do not define these animals as human beings. They are animals and can be treated as such; you can call them whatever you feel like if it makes you happy. But you never answered my question, what would 'dare' do if El Caudillo refuses your 'demand' to treat these... things as human beings as you so call them.

While Lankuria accepts each nations rights to sovreignty, the list of violations committed by El Cordillo grows steadily longer and more heinous. We would advise El Cordillo to exercise moderation, before its crimes incense the free nations of the world further.

We accept your morality act, and your censorship of books, but wholesale public murder of political opposition and the enslavement of primitive peoples are another matter. Perhaps you should enslave the disabled or mentally ill of your nation too, as you would probably not think of them as 'true humans'. Where is the god of 'love and kindness' whom you profess to worship?

Once again, the government of Jensai is appalled that El Caudillo would violate the basic human rights of people. Slavery is a horrible thing nad simply leads to misery. If Caudillo continues to violate human right as blatantly as it has we will petition the International Community to relieve the current government from power.

Several small, unmaked craft slip out of the harbor in the dead of night. They plot an intercept course on the Caudillian freighters and move out at maximum speed.

The nation of Desartha, condemns this atrocity and demands the return of these people to their home. The USSD also does not consider this act minor, and a serious human rights violation.

You launched a bombing raid against a stadium the executions would have taken place and killed my citizens, I have taken steps to prevent such a problem again, and have managed to upgrade coastal and urban air defenses in addition to upgrading them.
