It was chaotic times in North America. A great plague had swepted the land killing many people. The Mexican government had collapsed into full on civil war.
Canada had broken up when 80% of its government died from disease over night.
In the US, many had succumbed to the disease. But the nation was further divided by bitter partisan politicians willing to do anything to harm the other side, including hiring assasins. Race riots erupted in every major city in America and the dollar had sunk to its lowest low, 1 yen for every 20,000 dollars. Unemployment was a high 20% and cities were overrun by gangs and criminals. The federal government was paralyzed with partisanship and unable to do anything.
Children who were sent off alone were subject to abduction and induction into human slavery or even death.
Women throughout North America were forced to sell themselves and thier own daughters into prostitution, just to afford survival on bare necessities.
A grand revolution was brewing on the North American continent. The year was 1983 and Reagan's policies had failed and brought disaster to all of North America.
