The Empire of Layarteb has announced that it plans to sell it's entire fleet of AV-8B+ Harrier II aircraft, which are true B+ upgrades. This means they carry the APG-65 radar, have AIM-120 capability, carry a HARM targetting sensor, and have the extra two-pylons originally planned.

The EOL will sell all 1,264 AV-8B+ Harrier IIs at a price of $15M each. This move is being done to support a new fleet of Harriers, the upgraded AV-8C Harrier III with more advanced avionics, a more upgraded weapons suite, and a better engine, allowing for heavier take off weights, including an extra 200 pounds of fuel.
