Far away in a system long forgoten by meny of the Terran Empires there was a world, Colonised by Some of the first Terrans to leave earth. For Centries the colony was forgoten as the poulation grew from a few 1000 to a few million, soon a new world was born.
Terra as it was call, it was simular to Earth the orginal Terra but different. For one smaller then Earth and it had 2 moons and a ring. In the time that the Colony ship arrived on the easten Island, the largest of the 3 on the planet, the views of meny changed. As the Terran Empires forgot the system and its people bitterness grew, much of the local population was hostile towards the humans. But with advanced weapons the humans kill all that stood in there way, nothing would be allowed to live.
As the Centries went by the planet was cleansed leaving humans, now know as Terrans as the High race. AS the reached into space the moons become mining colonies of a few 100 and the Ring of the planet was mined.
Soon tho all did not go well as the Terrans started something that was as if second nature to them...war. For years war raged on and above the planet, Other planets that were marked for colonies were blockaided, Fleets clashed and burned.
The turning point of the war was not one side or the other but the people themselves. It became impossible for the war to carry on as all sides had massive civil matters to deal with, the system would have to unite and so the Charter of Terra was formed and signed, creating the Terran System Allaince.
This sparked a massive advance, the astroid belt became a major mining location. The 3rd planet in the system know as the Red Planet was colonised and mining bases built.

Outskirts of Alpha Terran system

The Orion and her escort of 3 destroyers and a battleship moved though the black space, the carrier was on a simple mission, First contact. The 500 meter long carrier and 300 meter long Destroyers lurched on.

"Captain Yumato, We are clearing TSA space. Port Aurther has given us the all clear and warn us it will take atlest 3 days for any reinforments to get here if Pirates attack." The comm officer said.
"vary well, Prepare Jump Dives to take us to the nearest system." Yumato order, sitting up in his chair. "Tactical once we exit the jump i want fighter squadren Alpha and beta on scouting dutie, sensors long all we find in this system remember we're here to find future systems for the allaince."
"yes sir" rang across the bridge of the carrier, its style was not that differnt to a 21st century carriers. people ran round, a count down to the jump was ringing across the ship.

Suddenly all 3 ships vanished, to them it would only seem seconds but really it was 3 days. Aprearing out of no where in a empty system, within 15 minutes of the ships comeing out of the jump 14 fighters exited the Carrier, the 2 groups split up and went off to scout 2 different areas.
Yumato looked round, "comm contact Terra Space Command tell them the Neo Japanese fleet has made a complete jump to Neo Tokyo." He said "well done ladies and gentlemen you are the first Terrans to make such a long distance jump. if this system is accepted by the TSA Congress then it will be marked till then the system is under TSA claim."

"Admiral Valykrie, We have just heared from the Nagasaki from the Neo Japanese fleet. They have made the jump to system and started the scouting." the Commander said, looking at the Admiral with her puppy blue eyes.
"thank you commander Solit leave the report on my desk" Valkrie replyed not even looking up from the thing he was reading.
"sir, this may be above my clearance but why are we sending an elite Fleet to scout out an empty system?" she asked, trying to not push the point at the same time.
He signed and looked up, "yes i thought you might find it strange that we did such a thing." he signed again "well High command wants to make first contact, since The civilan Exploration core dont want to risk getting cut up and command not wanting to alocate any ships to escort them. You can guess the rest" he said looking at her "you will make an admiral yet".
She saluted turned and walked out, he carryed on reading the report. Somthing trubbled him about this, something wasnt right.

2 light years away, neighbour system

`Sir, we got something on long range sensors. Five vessels at two light years away, in the neighbouring system.`, said Remala, the tactical officer.

`Type and size?`

`Five war vessels sir. Unknown type or afiliation. Should we engage the cloak?`

`No, we`re going to meet them. Notify ISF command of our destination and make the calculations for the jump.`

`Ploting course sir! Course plotted and will initiate jump on your mark.`, said Lt-commander Zahl turning towards the captain.

`Engage Mr. Zahl.`

Fifteen seconds later the Vori opened the jump point, and the cruiser, measuring one kilometer in length and one and a half in width appeared at three million kilometers from the unknown fleet.

Unknown fleet, this is the ISS Vori, of the Calpian Empire. May we inquire on the nature of your mission and your origin?

OOC: interesting, 3 million Km kinda far away to be effective for anything.

"this Beta wing, last nav point nothing on sensors. We're returning now sir" The lead pilot said as the fighters pulled round in empty space, it wasnt long tho that the message would change. The Valykrie fighters sensors noticed something jumping into the system, it was at extream range but still something had jumped in.
"Command this is Beta Wing unknown Jump into the system, are we expecting a supply convoy?" The pilot asked.
"no we're not, Beta wing return to base right now. That jump sig is not ours we have no idea who that is, there a long distance away something like 3 million km away it will take some time befor they are a threat." A voice came over the comm.
"Vary well ladys you heared it, prepare short range jump system we're heading back to the ship" the flight captain said to the rest of beta wing.

The 7 fighters suddenly vanished reapearing 10 minutes later reapeared at the carrier and her escorts.


On the bridge captain Yumato looked over the message, it was first contact but were they Human or Alien.
"Comms, Level Omega Encyption to command, tell them we have made first contact. Also contact the unknown, inform them that they have entered TSA claimed space. Tell them that our mission is on of exploration." he said looking round handed her a message to send to command, not even she was allowed to read it.

`Captain Surak, we have a reply from the unknown fleet. They are part of the Terran System Alliance, and it seems that they claim this system, yet they are in a mission of exploration. What should i reply sir?`

`So they just claimed this system? I see. Send a message and ask them if we can hang around a little longer. We will keep our distance from their fleet. Also, ask for any information on the TSA that is not classified, and if they are interested in opening diplomatic relations with us. If they want information about us tell them to let us know.`

ooc: 3 mil. km might be a long distance...but communications are still available, and i wasnt about to jump into weapons range of an unknown fleet....anyway....3 mil km is not that much for FT...only 10 times the distance from Earth to the Moon if i`m not mistaken

Energies swell as a wormhole suddenly snaps into existence from nowhere... Within moments an entire fleet of vessels emerging from it...

In the lead a rather largish vessel (just over 3 kilometers long) (Kali Class BattleStar (http://ccc.1asphost.com/tekania/kali.html)); followed by another slightly smaller vessel (Hampton Class Cruiser (http://ccc.1asphost.com/tekania/hampton.html)); another 6 smallish warships (Republic Class Destroyers (http://ccc.1asphost.com/tekania/republic.html)) and about 30 unarmed merchants (Mark 5 Type Freighters (http://ccc.1asphost.com/tekania/mark5.html))....

The fleet hangs in space as the massive wormhole slams shut behind them....

*On the bridge of the lead vessel (TRSS Kali) *

"Sir"... says a young officer.... "Our first insertion is complete..."

"Status of the convoy?" respons the CO, Vice Admiral DuPuy...

"Convoy is reporting all normal..." responds the young officer...

Another officer blurts from the back of the bridge... "Sir, reading energy signatures in the nearby system...."

"ID, Mr. Meriwether?" responds VADM DuPuy...

"Unknown, signatures do not match anything in the computer...." the officer responds....

Yumato paced the bridge, he knew what his orders were in reality but lieing to his crew and the fleet was just somthing he didnt like.
"message sir" an officer said handing him the message. Yumato looked at it, studied it. Something worried him, why jump in so far away but still talk to Alien ships they had never met. And now offering to give infomation on themselves and ask for infomation from him, Yumato was not a diplomat but a milltary leader. A vet of the Terran war, in the battle of Europa, battle of The Red Planet,the Outer rims campaign, Battle of Port Vanguard and meny more.
He wasnt thinking as a diplomat but as the Navy Captain and to him something didnt feel right.
"Send them the basic package (history, culture etc) do not give them Tactical data or the location of Alpha Terra. also inform them that at the moment we have no problems with them hanging around but would fell that it would be unfriendly to do anything like send troops down to a planet surface." he snaped "and has High command got in contact?."
"no sir" the comm officer replyed looking up. Yumato didnt like it at all but what could he do.
"Vary well contact the Kyoto tell them to jump to the Terran Class planet, i want a Milltary base down there ASAP." Yumato barked again, he didnt like this.

The Kyoto, the Largest ship there at just over 600 meters long was the battleship of the fleet. It alone had the room for the 3 Full Marine Companies and the cargo holds to carry the Things needed.
Captain Maski looked round, "all hands prepare for system jump. 27th marine Engineering Company prepare for drop to planet, 12th Marine Company your drop is in t-minus 12 hours".
The ship suddenly vanished apearing near the planet 10 minutes, its ion/partical thrust engines manuvered the ship into a high orbit.
"Jump complete"

"fight crew report hanger 100%"
More shouts of things working went on, the post jump cheaks were normal of any jump even into combat.
From the hanger below mutiply small ships flew out heading to the planet, on the ships was the Engineers and marines with the resorces to start building a small simple fort.

~The winds in the atmosphere flared as several dozen fuzzy outlines tore towards the dropships. Their visages becoming clearer as the first stream of missiles rocketed toward the convoy, their cloaking devices droping to let loose their ordanance. Their small frames followed right behind the missiles to barrage the dropships with laser fire when the missiles hit.~

Mylea looked over the data received by the sensors and replied `The energy signatures and technology seems to be from the Draconic Order, the aliens encountered by you in the first contact battle, while you were aboard the Raven.`

`Ahh, a chance for revenge. How sweet it can be. Put the fighter squadrons on red alert and prepare them for launch. Send the following message to the terran flagship:`

Terran fleet commander, our sensor data on the fighters that atacked your ships seem to indicate a race known as the Draconic Order. We have encountered them before in battle and we offer our help should you need it. Aside from their name we dont know much about them. We are sending you now sensor data from our previous encounter on their cruisers, small craft and weaponry. We hope those will help you. Vori cruiser over and out.

"I never got why they would send a dreadnought class super cruiser on a first contact mission." One ensign said to another.
The caption jumped in unexpectedly, "We do as we are told, isn't that ever enough for you?"
The two ensigns shrunk away, realizing that they had been overheard. The tactical officer added, "What else are we going to do if we aren't fighting or in space dock? There's no better use of us than this."

An area in space near the planet began to distort. With a flash of light, the massive grey SC appeared. It was alone. A standard first contact message went out with information on Kazecistan and The Republic to which it belonged as well as wishes for peaceful relations, trade, and alliance.

((Just wondering... how big and powerful is this heavy cruiser of yours?))

"Incoming boggies, unknown numbers our drop ships are droping light flies." The Tactical Officer reported.
"contact the Nagasaki open fire on the fighters all flack cannons and Anti fighter guns. Also use Flack Missiles, i want them things wiped out understand! get our fighters in the air after all that." The captain barcked, all across the bridge orders were being shouted.

The battleship suddenly came to life as the flack cannons below the ship poped out opening fire, Heavy Minigun Turrets started to spin then fired hail of gun fire into the area the dropships were and tracking the fighters.
After a few minutes 14 fighters droped from the hanger of the battleship, simple mission of hunt and destroy. as soon as they came out they took up postions around the Battleship Kyoto waiting to strike.

"sir Alpha and beta wings are away, they are takeing defence stance Alpha" the tactical officer said.
Maski was sitting in his chair, it was a small raid but how they missed it he didnt know.
"Tactical scan the surface look for any power sigs that are out of place in anyway then nuke it." he order "and where the hell is our support"

On the Nagasaki captain Yumato looked round, he knew something was wrong. "message from the Calpian ship, acording to them we are under attack by a race known as Draconic Order. They dont know much about them but they have sent over Tactical data that they have, its not much buts its something." the comm officer reported.
"vary well, get the Tokyo out there aswell as Alpha, Beta and Gamma wings." Yumato ordered, "tell the Calpian ship we thank them and any help they can give we would be thankful for. Inform High command tell them we may need the Europa fleet, this may turn nasty. All hands to battle stations"

The Tokyo was a destroyer, as it jumped it wouldnt arrive for 10 minutes the samee was with the fighters and by then it may be to late.

"WHAT" Valkyrie shouted, "what do you mean they are under attack god dam it."
"it will take 4 days befor we get ships to them, Europa Fleet is on route now but like i said 4 days" Solit replyed standing in his office, Valkyrie was at this point standing up.
"get all ships at full alert i dont care if we have to cancel leave just do it now." he was paceing, "i dont like this one bit." he looked worried if an attack on the system happened could they stop it or would this be the fall of the TSA befor it even reached any peak.

ooc: 1045m in length, 1420m wide, 8.2 million metric tonnes in weight, two squadrons of fighters and for weapons:
2 x Heavy Particle Beam cannons
6 x Type 12 phaser arrays with a total output of 30,000 TeraWatts
19 x twin plasma cannons (38 total)
10 x triple torpedo tubes (30 torpedo tubes) + 1200 torpedoes

its not the biggest ship flying around but it serves my purposes well for the time beeing

~The flak cannons were hard pressed to hit the small nimble fighters while avoiding the dropships that they were swarming over, firing from space into the atmoshere of the planet. One of the starfighters exploded, caught up by a cloud of flak, sending the burning wreckage toward the planet. The unidentified fighters broke off their attack, the damage already done, and began screaming across the surface toward the other side of the planet. Planning to jump system after they made it far away from the guns of the mothership.~

`Captain, we got a message from the terrans. They thank us and welcome our involvement should we choose to do it.`

`Keep the fighters in standby and tell them to be ready to launch in one minute upon notice. We might need to engage the cloak and i dont want to be forced to wait for them to dock. Make a short jump closer to the terran fleet and prepare for a possible battle.`

Surak turned towards the comms officer and said `Contact ISF Command and tell them we need reinforcements. 3rd Imperial Battlegroup should be able to reach us. Transmit coordinates for the jump to them.`

Couple of minutes later the ISS Vori jumped and appeared at 50,000 km from the terran fleet, ready to help them if needed.

~As the help was summoned and the pursuit non-existant, the unhounded multiple wings of raiders broke orbit from the other side of the planet and faded from existance as their cloaking devices came back online. Multiple jump windows barely registered because of the interference from the planet. The attack barely lasted around 10 minutes, but killed many.~

The captain was talking to himself, "I wonder why we haven't gotten a response yet-"
An officer cut in, "Sir, it appears that there is a battle going on!"
"Who is involved?"
"It appears that Calp, Draconic Order, and one unknown race is involved, they call them selves Terran System Alliance."
"Let's see why they are blasting each other before we get two involved."

~No response came from the Draconic Order ships because they were no longer in system. The wreckage of one of their fighters burned up in the atmosphere, leaving little to identify or salvage. Their damage apparent against the dropships of the Terran System Alliance.~

Kazecistan ship, the terrans were under atack from the same species that atacked us when we had first contact with you. We dont know why they are atacking without provocation. We were trying to establish diplomatic relations with the terrans at that time.

The Kazeci ship's weapons and shields powered down. The standard first contact message was repeated with information on Kazecistan and The Republic to which it belonged as well as wishes for peaceful relations, trade, and alliance.

The 3+ km long Kali veers from the convoy, energies swelling as another wormhole pops into existence before her... sliding in; she emerges from the other side about 10,000,000km from the planet....

"Report?" the captain shouted.
"75% of the dropships destroyed, lucky for us most of the matirals for building a basic fort are intact but we lost most of the Combat marines." A officer reported looking at the screen, "we down at lest 1 fighter but most of it burnt up in the atmosphere whats left hit the surface, theres little left for anything useful to be found."
"send down the 12th, this time give them an escort send the Nagasaki Alpha and beta wings to do that, contact the Nagasaki inform them that we may be in need of a resupply of dropships. Keep milltary status for the mean time, contact with TSA ships only we dont know who attacked us or why and i dont like this." the captain said pacing. He looked up to take reports and so forth, he would be writeing letters to familys back in Alpha terra. Something he hadnt needed to do in years and it never got any easyer but he felt sorry for the Marine Commander he would be sending the most today. "comms, we will be sending alot of traffic soon to high command. Who ever these people were they killed alot of men and women today, Tactical we're going to light up like a star in the night sky so keep on your toes."
There was a ringing of "yes sir" across the bridge, moral was low even with the Vets of the Terran war.

"Captain Yumato, High command have send a message." the comms officer handed the message to him.
he looked down to read the message, he sighed. Reinforcements wouldnt be here for another 4 days and resupply would take about the same amount of time.

We recived your recent report on the attack on the fleet, as of now the Europa fleet is on route. Along with them will be a supply convoy to reinforce your forces along with the 8th Marine Engineering Corp and 4th Armored Marine Regiment of the Neo Japanese force.
Until that time your orders are to hold the fort, high commander wants contact with the aliens who seem friendly to go well, getting star charts of the local area of vital, the Neo British fleet came up with a barren system fit for mining only. Your find is more intersting and we dont want lose our foot hold, your orders do not fire apon anything unless fired apon first unless are known as local Pirates or fit the profile of the ships that attack the Kyoto.

Valkyrie replyed, he had much influance on the High command Council "besides the Terra system Senate are voteing on the Draconic Order, more then likly we will be considering the Draconic Order hostile and to be attacked on sight. War people thats whats going to happen."
"fine, i agree but i dont like it. Fort Alexadria at the edge of the system, if all hell brakes lose the Red Fleet can take care of it i hope."

AS Valykire thought the Senate did in fact vote that the Draconic Order were a threat and that from now on a status of war would be held towards them.

Yumato when he recived his orders and the news looked down, "comm contact the Calpe ships, tell them that in 7 days time a diplomatic meeting will be held within our space. Give them the coords to Fort Alexadria, inform them they are allowed to send upto 3 lightly armored ships but we would prefer it to be an unarmed ship with a small light escort. Since they are more then likely to know whos friendly and not that they may give the coords to who they feel fit to give them to but only to people they trust or know wont attack us." he turned, "also inform them that yesterday the TSA Senate has decleared war apon Draconic Order, that from this day onwards all ships of draconic Order design would be fired apon without warning. I will adress the fleet in 1 hour to inform them of this, ladies and gentlemen we are at war and for that we are to be on constant alert."
Yumato thought he wouldnt live to see another war, not in his lifetime.

The Kyoto and its escort were still running scilent, all messages to them were forwarded to the carrier. with anyone sending the first contact messages the basic first contact message was sent back.

The Hyperion, Norad, and Ganthiror all warped into the region, in company of a fleet of Scouts, Arbiters, Wraiths, Corsairs, Valkyries, Science vessels and a pair of Carriers and Battlecruisers, they were advance scouts for the massive sixth fleet, and were in system to determine wether or not there were any threats to the lumbering fleet supply ships that would be following them, upon arrival they determined there was a great deal of danger to their supply ships, since there seemed to be a massive battle occuring in space, and there seemed to be at least three nation involved, although one nation was Terrans, and the Dominion helped its wn, even if they were from another nation.

The Hyperion, Norad, and Ganthiror all warped into the region, in company of a fleet of Scouts, Arbiters, Wraiths, Corsairs, Valkyries, Science vessels and a pair of Carriers and Battlecruisers, they were advance scouts for the massive sixth fleet, and were in system to determine wether or not there were any threats to the lumbering fleet supply ships that would be following them, upon arrival they determined there was a great deal of danger to their supply ships, since there seemed to be a massive battle occuring in space, and there seemed to be at least three nation involved, although one nation was Terrans, and the Dominion helped its wn, even if they were from another nation.

One of Kazecistan's bullet transports left the massive bay and engaged FTL. Simultaneously, so did the SC. They both arrived in the designated system together. The SC quickly released three light drone fighters and vanished once again. It reappeared in the original system just moments after it had left.

The BT, now escorted by three LDFs, moved towards the planet.

ooc: Bullet transports are small and extremely fast 12 person transports. Light drone fighters are just that small light fighters. 4 missiles each, and 2 Zat cannons.
