The Communist rebels of Red Tide were meek. They lacked funds, weapons, and will. Their numbers had dwindled from 20,000 to barely 12... 9 of which were reconsidering their current position. Even the Red Tide Mafia, the controller of Red Tides black market, wouldnt sell weapons to them, as if they could afford any. They felt they had been abandoned. All their comrades had either been killed, arrested(undoubtely to be executed), or accepted the few amnesties that came along. Their safehouses had gone from 200 to 1... and they would find out today that this 'Safehouse' was no longer safe.
The 3 Consortium Armored Vans pulled up to the apartment. The backdoors to the lead van opened and the 10 Consortium Agents, in their black jumpsuits, crept out. They checked their AR-4 COMMANDO Carbines... and promptly kicked the door in.
"FREEZE!" The Lead Agent yelled. the loyal 3 communists reached for their m-1 Garand Rifles... and were gunned down instantly. The remaining 9 surrendered. And communism in Red Tide ended too.
Later that day on RTN....
Tatania Kapinski looked out to the camera. She put on that dazzling smile female reporters are known for and spoke.
"Earlier today, the final Marxist-Leninist scum were arrested in a final raid against the communist threat by the Consortium. They are sentenced to death by gas chamber. Our glosious leader, Supreme Commander Gregori McKenna, has announced a national holiday."
