In an amazing show of solidarity, the acting governments of the Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana and The First Riech of Mesazoic have signed the Treaty of Orleans, which legally makes The First Riech of Mesazoic a commonwealth of the Imperial Red Empire of Communist Louisiana. Special clauses between the two nations in this include:
1.) The First Riech of Mesazoic is to keep its own sovereignty by electing its own government when its own nation sees fit with little to no interference by Communist Louisiana or other outside forces.
2.) The First Riech of Mesazoic is to elect its own governor to represent the nation before Communist Louisiana. This position is different from the Premier/President/Prime Minister position in being that the governor position is not head the sovereign government of The First Riech of Mesazoic.
3.) Communist Louisiana is to help economic growth as well as defense through The First Riech of Mesazoic by helping fund infrastructure programs, and etc.
4.) Communist Louisiana has permission to build a small number of military bases to become co-opted between the two nations in defense purposes, but still ran by Communist Louisiana’s government based from New Orleans.
5.) All territory claimed by The First Riech of Mesazoic has become apart of the territory claimed by Communist Louisiana.
6.) All ports controlled by Communist Louisiana shall be open for complete use by The First Riech of Mesazoic Naval Vessels both commercial and militaristic and vise versa.
7.) Day to day activities as well as laws in The First Riech of Mesazoic may not be changed due to Communist Louisianaian laws. (Communist Louisiana still uses Napoleonic Law in Law and Order)
8.) The First Riech of Mesazoic currency is to become the secondary to the Louisianaian. (Currency of Communist Louisiana)
9.) All Mesazoic citizens will recognized also as citizens of Communist Louisiana. They will as have standard Dull Citizenship.
10.) Mesazoic citizens will still be highly encouraged to learn of its own heritage as well as that of Communist Louisiana.
11.) Any attacks against Mesazoic will be seen as an attack on the motherland of Communist Louisiana and will be dealt with in the same mannor.
We await Mesazoic approval of the bill. If Mesazoic would like to add anymore clauses, edit a clause, or remove a clause, we will be more than happy to discuss the plans.
