The Medellina Government has released the following information about the tank

The Pulso Defensive class tank is equipped with two standard machinegun turrets, A 122mm Rifled HEAT cannon, a rear mounted 60mm concussion mortar launching system and a radar
scrambling device. It seats five men. It is slightly larger than it's Offensive counterpart and is also better armored. It can go at an average of 42.5km/h.
Offensive
The Pulso Offensive class tank is also equipped with two standard machinegun turrets, a 60mm concussion mortar and a radar scrambling device. However, instead of a 122mm cannon, it has a
larger 135mm system. It is smaller and more maneuverable than it's Defensive modification. It can travel at 50km/h. It can also seat five men.
