A small rebel group lead by Ex Young Warrior Army Major, Fredreick Harrison has staged a revolt in the Southern portion of Young Warriors City. Quickly gaining the support of the poor minorites living there he has attempted to gain accsess to government area including foreighn Embassys. Harrison and his men declared them selves the new governing officals of the southern end of the city and have had civilions executed for posession of fire arms. In a swift Military move General Erwin Rommel III and Anthony Gareheart have taken back most of the city and captured many of the military leaders, including leaders from other countries who adided in Harrison's Socialist uprising. President Rutherford has issued and order for the execution of the rebal forces, but would like to inform all nations who belive that some onf the men may be citizens of their nation, that they may buy the freedom of there soldiers and leaders for the price of $10,000 a person. If they infact buy these people back then they must agree to given them a trial for war crimes. If you would like your people back we strongly encourage that you follow threw with this as it is the only way that your men will not met with execution.

I'll buy 500 prisoners for $10,000 each. I'm building a huge monument to myself, and want to use them as slave labourers. My people are to lazy and insist on having unions. With this, I can avoid both pitfalls.

If a kindred kills another, his life is forfeit. Is this not the way everywhere? These men should not be wearing their own heads any longer, as punishment for their crimes and as a warning for others. You must uphold your own laws lest you fall into anarchy. You do not want anarchy.

And yet you give these people a chance of 'freedom'? Where is the 'freedom' of those whom they dealt final death? Where is the warning to those who may already be considering committing similar crimes? There should be no mercy. If you simply must sell them, you should at least make sure that whoever buys them has the stomach to do what needs to be done.

If you don't make an example of these wretches, you may well have more rebellions on your hands in the future.
