CFCS-I13 Mark III- Advanced fire control system. This device allows the Cougar to remain deadly even while both machine and target are on the move. The Main gun will always stay on target unless otherwise changed by the Commander, while computing wind, weather and other factors that may change a shot. The system is also outfitted with an advanced Periscope for optimum view of the battlefield, and the Advanced Laser Rangefinder, which utilizes a laser rangefinder with a triple layer screen and crystals at different angles to scatter any enemy lasers that are attempting to disable the rangefinder.
CAMWRS Mark II-Millimetric wave radar
NBC-DS Mark X-NBC Defense System. It defends the crew from Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Threats. The System completely seals the tank from the environment, while the BREATHE System replenishes the crew with fresh oxygen.
Survivability- Strengthened Frame and Braces, Low radar signature due to absorbent materials in the Armour, low visual signature due to low height and narrow hull.
Enhanced survivability- Advanced Tread-Runner Protection Armor
Crew-friendly features- Engine based heater, Central air cooling system or underside-opening vents for fresh air, heated seats, defoggers, dehumidifier
