People of the World, today Region 17 has been torn apart by Declerations of War against the Kraven Corporation... We tried on so many occasions to end the problems peacefully but our pleas went unanswered... The Corporation High Command is asking that All Nations who still uphold the virtues of Peace, Order, and Power to rally behind the banner of the Kraven Corporation and Crush these rebellions and once again restore order to Region 17.... We Hope that the International Community will look favourably upon our pleas for help... and you can be safe in the knowledge that the Kraven Corporation will not Hesitate in coming to those who have Aided the Corporation...
Corporation forces stand at this currently
125 Armoured divisons comprising of 25 tanks in each, including full crew compliment and armoured fist squads
500 Divisions of Imperial Guard, each Division has 600 Soldiers and Officers Standard Light Infantry with standard issue equipment and 7.26mm Pulse Carbine rifles
100 Divisions of Elite Capitol Police, Each Divison has 500 Genetically enhanced Troopers with Superior armour and weapons, including full combat helmet and optical enhancments as well as gas mask and filtration units standard armament - 7.62mm GPMG (Corporation Developed)
160 Divisions of VTOL attack Craft each wing has 6 Attack Craft, standard Load out is - .50 Cal nose mounted gatlin cannon also wing mounted missile pods and a rear Sponson gunner
160 Divisions of Transport VTOLS - Comprising of 24 Transport VTOLS each with the capacity to hold 25 Men
160 Divions of VTOL Bombers - Each Division has 6 Craft, payload of 17 bombs, less for bomb weights over 2000 lbs, sponson gunners
25 Divisions of Command Craft - Each division has 1 Command Craft, each with its own consignment of Troops, this is a ground Relay command ship and acts as a manouvrable forward command base, has heavy armour and can defend its self easily and retreat from overwhelming forces quickly

The Chancellor read the report from the Kraven Corporation, analyzing every bit for any more information. He knew this lone decision could not rest on his shoulders so he called in his cabinet for an emergency meeting. They were all there in the hour, dressed appropriately, the Chancellor smiled, Never would we want to look sloppy. This made him laugh because he grew up where sloppiness was not only favored by made you 'cool'. But he stopped reminiscing and got to the point, "Alright people, we have an emergency in another foreign power. We have never had contact, nor even heard of this nation till now but they are pleading for help against a rebellion. We have virtually no information but that, that they give us and frankly it is not enough. So I called this meeting to give out assignments, ok?"
They all nodded their heads in agreement, "Alright." The Chancellor continued, "Adrienne you get on the phone with both the Rebellion and this Corporation. I want details from both sides not just one, maybe then we could piece together what is really happening here. Kronos, organize the military for a full mobilization, I want them ready within the week and Angelo, my dear friend calm the populace and inform them no move shall be taken without seeing what is best for our people, get to it people."
They went to their assigned tasks, as the Chief Military Commander, Kronos organized his military for a possible war, the Foreign Minister, Adrienne preparing to send message to both sides of the conflict, and the Vice Chancellor, Angelo calmed the populace.

The Foreign Minister paced the room, finding the right words for each letter so the other one wouldn't be suspicious. This was always the hardest part of the job for a Foreign Minister, but for Adrienne it was a walk in a park. She quickly grabbed some pens a parchment and began writing.
Message to the Kraven Corporation,
Greetings, I am Foreign Minister Adrienne Zavar of the Dracun Imperium and we are here to inquire the severity of the situation. Quite frankly we need more information on what is occurring to act accordingly. For what is a declaration of war without intelligence? We hope you understand, and we expect a quick response so we may quickly respond accordingly.

Message to the Insurgents of Region 17,
Hello and greetings from the Dracun Imperium, whether you may or not be aware, the Kraven Corporation has recently sent out a live broadcast asking for assistance, and before we act we would like to do several things. First is to inquire information about the situation such as why you may be revolting, as they put it.
We also ask if there may be a diplomatic solution and if there is any hope how can we help?

To the Dracun Foreign Minister
We thank you greatly from our hearts for your speedy response... over the past several weeks, protests have been staged against the Corporation for our recent moving to Region 17... we attempted to resolve them [eacfully but our pleas went unheard.. so we had to take a more drastic action... Administrator samon... head of Region 17 handed over Control of Region 17 to the Kraven Corporation due to pressing matters that he had to deal with first... to end the riots the Corporation instigated an Emergency State or Martial Law in an attempt to restore order... The Capitol Police were dispatched across Region 17 and order was gradually being restored... Until Administrator Samon was witnessed spitting on the Flag of the Kraven Corporation... the Corporation decided that Nal Sidian had to be brought under this Emergency state of Martial law and Administrator Samon was Placed Under House arrest until the Allegation could be proved wrong... Unfortunatly the Corporation did not act swift enough and mass riots ensued... we attempted to hold them back but the sheer number of protestors could not be stopped by our Capitol police officers... Administrator Samon was released from the Detention Centre by a group of Under Ground Resistance fighters and is now at large... we hope that we have given you enough information to help with your decision and hope that you will choose to aid the Corporation in this the Darkest of Times for Region 17

The Foreign Minister handed the Chancellor the report from the Kraven Corporation and decided it was not the time to act. A Riot Control Force would be sent to help restore order in the Corporation. The Chancellor then ordered for one of his aides to send a message over there that help will arrive shortly.
He quickly got on the phone with Kronos, "Good... good how long till a sufficient Riot Control Force can be prepared?"
"Well Anthony shouldn't take long... maybe a couple of days to get enough helicopter carriers and escorts to carrier them across the water to the Corporation."
"Good and thank you."
The Vice Chancellor had recently given a speech, and the people seemed ok with it for now. It would have to be a swift operation otherwise The Chancellor's rating might be lowered significantly. "Minister Zavar, I want you to go and act as the head of the force there, I don't want a military general in charge of a order restoration operation."
The Foreign Minister nodded in agreement, "See you in a couple of weeks Anthony." And the Minister exited the office leaving the Chancellor to his own devices
