Rodriquezland

In the huge capital of Rodriquezland amongst the 14 million quiet people, amongst the torchlights, and the almighty Rodriquezland crest. Stands one man behind a podium. This man is the fuhrer, Andrew Phillip Rodriquez. With three high ranking officials on each side, the man begins to speak.
"Citizens of Rodriqeuzland! We have been out of the world eyes for many years! We have not let our mighty voice be heard! We have stood in the back and watched! This will not happen any longer! Our mighty country is going to return to the political world!
We will no longer be in the background! We are going to take our stage in this wolrd! Our military is at it's strongest it's ever been! Our country has never been better than it is now! My people of Rodriquezland!
We will offer alliances, substinance to those who need it, and military help if necessary! Let our voice be heard! LONG LIVE RODRIQUEZLAND!"
As he finished up the huge crown errupted into a massive roar. The roar almost seemed like an earthquake.

The President of the Republic of Lanquassia twirled his pen in one hand. The motion had somewhat of a relaxing effect upon his elected cabinate, another reminder that the President was just another man, who also by luck, wit, and good fortune was the man who pulled Lanquassia back together.
And they needed that relaxation, especially after the Mationland Incident. Since then, the Minister of Foreign Affairs had been asked to moniter foreign nations, new and old, and assess them in terms of threats to the new Republic.
"Okay, Charlie, you've hit every trouble spot on this planet. What about any new nations?" John Blake asked the Minister of Foreign Relations. Charles Aufmann, the aforementioned minister, sighed and shook his head.
"Nothing, really, except that the Fuhur of Rodriquezland returned to his capital city and ressurected his nation from the ashes. We're not certain what course he's going to follow, but..." At this point, Minister Aufmann looked uncomfertable.
"Spit it out, Charles," President Blake said softly, "We want the good with the bad." Aufmann nodded.
"We think he might go expansionist, or at the very least, threaten war in return for favorable trade agreements. His nation's economy isn't as strong as it seems at first, acoording to my analsysts, but his military is, by default, larger than ours." Aufmann shrugged an apology to Carol Campbell, Minister of War. She smiled back.
"Some nations have the manpower to have armies larger than our entire population, Charles," she said pointedly, looking at Aufmann but meaning her comments to be heard by the President. "We'll just have to cope."
President Blake looked down at the reports at his hands, and audibly hmm. Attention in the room centered straight on him, and he looked up at Charles Aufmann. "Personally, I don't like the idea of a dictatorship like that, and I know our own people want more liberties than we can afford, and Rodriquezland has even less. But... do you think recognizing him internationally, and offering a mutal treaty of self defense and trade might make him look elsehwere, if he chooses to expand?" Blinks of suprise hit the table like a ton of bricks, but Charles Aufmann nodded.
"It certainly would, if he goes expansionist. And if he goes expansionist, we might be able to soak something up with them. If its appropriate."
The President nodded. "Right. Any arguements?" There were none, although several Ministers felt like saying something, none could organize their thoughts beyond more "What the hell...?". The President again looked at Minister Aufmann. "Charles, draw up a draft of a treaty, and send it to 'em." With that, he dismissed the issue. "Alright, Steve, what've you got for me..."

From: Charles Aufmann, Minister of Foreign Relations for the Republic of Lanquassia
Furher Rodriquez;
As per the request of the President of the Republic of Lanquassia, and his duly elected Cabinet, we wish to enquire about the opening of a Lanquassian Embessy in Rodriquezland, and the discussion of a series of economic and self defense treaties.
We will await your reply, as we do not wish to repeat Mationland's recent mistakes in attempting to force an embessy upon nations who do not want them.
Signed,

The room was a dark marble with a Rodriquezland crest in the middle of the floor. A chilly feel crept about the room as if something big was going to happen. As the Fuhrer stood around a gigantic holographic map surrounded by what seemed to be dozens of highly decorated generals. A foreign affairs women hastily walks up to him and begins to speak in a "careful tone." "My fuhrer, Charles Aufmann, Minister of Foreign Relations for the Republic of Lanquassia has sent our country a message." As the fuhrer reads the message he seems somewhat interested in what this man has to say. "Enquire this country about a defense policy, NOW."

ooc: Just thought I would point out that you're spelling "Fuhrer" wrong because it should be "Führer" and it should be capitalized if you're doing it in correct german. All nours are capitalized in German... :D Just thought I would point that out. Well very good, carry on good chap.
