Greetings, I am a representative of the Principality of Servistan, a rising space nation. Our country believes in a strong government through Communism. The transmition flew through space before finally reaching Regret city. the Emperor intercepted the message with great interest.
As he listened to the messahe, he prepared his response...
"I am supreme Emperor of the Azurbajanian Empire. We are currently engaged in a war with the weak and powerless Dratherian Jedi peacekeepers. Upon establishing a base, we wil lower tarrifs to allow you to trade easier with our people. All I ask in return is for you to be a host to a small fleet of 45 Destroyers, 23 Frigates, Dropships and fighters, Shuttles, and about 2 Carriers. This force should take up 160 Basic Miles fo territory in your Drydocks. Upon refusal, you will comprimise yuor chance to gain our support now and in the future.

As the transmition ended, Regret sent another to Darth Kalivus to report to the flagship fo the eithteenth fleet and prepare to enter foreign territory. The Diplomats and Embasy staff numbers were yet to be determined because no limit was specified.

Darth Kalivus looked pleased as the transmtion was recieved. A wise move..A wise move indeed. Once the Ships were in range of the Drydocks, several hundred escort fighters shot ahed of the main fleet to clear a path out of the way of civilian traffic. The Carriers were the first to touch down, followed by the Destroyers and Escort fighters. the Frigates finally tuched down and Ormi, the Flagship of the Eighteenth, stayed in the air using a heavy repusorlife to stay hovering in air as it slowly made its decent, dropping shuttles to the surface as it went.
