The FPB (Freedom of the Peoples Board)

In the NS world, there are many nations who oppress their citizens. I have seen few nations who were willing to do something about it, for many is the time an alliance of dictators have gathered together to thwart these nations from doing their good deeds. I look with pride upon those nations, those young men willing to risk their lives for the good of others. I shed a tear when I realize that many of those warriors of freedom will die in battle. But I shed more tears with the realization that much of the time nothing will have been accomplished for the people they gave their very lives to free from oppression.

Therefore I am creating the FPB, a board of nations who will band together to free those can’t free themselves. No longer will we be forced to sit idly on the sidelines by those dictatorial powers that join together to defend each other’s dominions! A new era is dawning-one of peace and goodwill. Those who dare tyrannize others will learn to fear the name “FPB”!

We condemn this alliance, and will watch it carefully if it does even grow which we doubt highly. You are demanding your own laws onto other nations, and that is a violation of the right of sovereignty which we do not tolerate. Also by doing what you intend to do with this alliance you are no better then those who oppress there people.

Did you ever think that the people are happy under their oppression, that they hate democracy and what will happen when they like their oppression? Would you subjugate them so that they may be ‘free’? We leave you with that thought.

The word 'oppression' implies 'against their will'. You say we are violating national sovereignity--don't citizens have sovereignity over their personal affairs? We will leave you with that thought.

The Chancellor is currently busy so he asked me to address this problem. You may be right to a degree, however some people rather not have there own lives would you dare violate their wish?

You dare insult the Foreign Minister? Well now you are dealing with the War Chief. Your insults are nothing but pebbles against a iron wall, you are entitled to your opinions but however if you had done your research, we are a democratic country whose leader is beyond loved. will you accept a future-tech nation that is a collective consiousness?

Sure (by collective consiousness you mean that they have a single will, right?), As long as the leader (if you have one) doesn't abuse it.

We are the borg Collective of blackgrue. For a long time, we've been lobbeying our region and in UN politics to increase human rights as the model put forth by the United federation of Planets seems to provide the most stability. We are not bound by such restrictions such as individuality and the like as we've grown beyond them, but since we wish to increase quality of life for all species (although we don't force it on them like our predicessors for the most part) we will fight opression on a global scale.

Our civil rights are at "Excellent" as each drone in the collective is truely equal there is an upper-class of queens as is required to keep us creative and flexible. There is one queen for each 10,000 drones.

Our political rights unfortunately are at "Few" as drones have little chance of advancement into a queen-level access but this is wholly by choice as the collective needs a stable and strong hierarchial command structure to survive. Many drones have been placed in "figurehead" positions for dealing with certain species but this is a rare occurance.

Hmmm...Ok, you're in. Welcome first member! once we get somemore, I'll create a forum. (ooc-can you try to raise your 'political freedom's a little? I understand your reasons, but it would look better...)
