The regularly scheduled shows were interrupted, and news reporters across the nation got their make-up on and prepared to announce news that hadn't been reported in a long time. The current leader of the Dracun Imperium was actually...loved.
People hanged pictures of the Chancellor in their homes, over their beds; even places that had once forbid any form of politics to enter their roof were hanging up his picture or poster. Instead of Superman it was the Chancellor who kids wanted to be.
He was the underdog's story, born in the suburbs he had risen as a chief human rights activist in a time when human rights were never even dreamed of. He called for democracy in a nation so used to oppression. He had even openly opposed the Dread Lord himself. Many believe him to be the reason the Dread Lord had made such historical changes and people loved him even more because of that.

In record breaking polls, the Chancellor’s popularity is at a near 89% and growing with every passing day. He has made Dracun a country that enjoys benefits enjoyed by few today. He has risen from nothing to more wealth, but continues to be down to earth, and remember where he came from…. Each news station had different scripts but the same idea.
Bottom line, the Chancellor was a hero to the Dracun People, and no one could ever replace him in their minds.
