They meet in the Top Secret recently completed Antimatter Research and Production Institute. " So Geon, you and your team seem to have made the deadline," Arlaia says.
"Indeed, we have mi'lady," Geon replies.

As the Supreme Pyromaniac is shuttled by the X92i5 Hypermass Transport to her Palace she types up a message.

- We have discovered a way to seperate industrial amounts of antimatter. However we cannot afford any espionage so we cannot send the formula publically. Please send your best physicists and your leader with escorts, if nessecary, to the Imperial Palace in Kinthesia City to pick up the formula and formally join the Antimatter Research Alliance.
