General Johnson of the resisitance orders a recon of the Atlantic Mountain range on the west coast of Universal Empire, Where the rebel forces are supposedly stockpiling weapons.

"Sir, we've got a report on a mission Central Intelligence is wanting us to pick up."

The young Intelligence Officer had just came from his quarters where he'd been on an encrypted uplink with Central Intelligence looking at their satellite readout of the country called "Universal Empire."

The country was large, fairly small population about the same as McKagan, and their military was slightly underfunded.

"I suggest we meet up with the transport ship in the area and take aboard more weaponry. We could take a few hundred P90's and sell them to the rebels at a discount, or force their government to pay us full price not to, your call."

A few moments later Firefox was sitting on the surface with a curtain like basket around the rear SEAL hatch, and people on the transport ship were dropping crates of weapons and ammunition onto the curtain where SEAL's moved it into the cargo hold across from their armory.

"Thanks for your efforts in helping us move inventory," the Captain aboard the transport ship said, "we've got alot of stuff at the depot, if you require more we'll be out here in 3 weeks again, be back here if you want more."

A SEAL looked at the Captain and nodded, before climbing down the latter into the curtain and to the more hardened structure around the hatchway. The curtain was deflated and brought back in, the door closed and locked. The submarine submerged and headed towards Universal Empire's waters.

Once off the coast the following message was sent.

"Does the government of Universal Empire wish assistance, or to at least tell us what's going on?"

"Has the recon made it there yet?" asks General JOhnson

"Yes sir and we have received a message from a country called "mcKagon" requesting if we would like assistance and would like to know what the hell is going on"

"Hell yeah! we'd like assistance, tell them that a large group of rebels have gathered and are threatening Civil War because they hate the government"

"Sir, incoming message from their government, asking for assistance."

Response

We'd be happy to assist you. We can fire cruise missiles at any rebel instalations, and also conduct Special Operations and anti-ship warfare.

End Response

A few moments later a squad of SEAL's had covertly slidden out of the ship in their small boat and were headed towards a Univeral Empire sensor buey.

"Has that report of McKagon came in yet?"

"Yes Sir, they are fairly similar to us in almost everything except economy they're economically dominate and just the people we need to help destroy those damn rebels"

"Oh, and one more thing....we have a extreme advantage over the rebels, they have no Navy, that is where we will defeat them, so i am asking you tell radio McKagon and tell them to prepare to intercept any fleeing rebels that run from our attack, they will have nowhere to go ...they will be trapped rats and we and McKagon will destroy them"

"yes sir, I will radio McKagon directly and give them the message"

"Sir, they're asking us to kill any escaping rebels."

And the Captain turned. "Ok, tell them we'll stay here, but I have a concern. What if the rebels don't have a navy, which is appears, shouldn't we give them a chance to buy our merchandise?"

With that, the covertly inserted SEAL's team that were out to sea at the most far our sensor buey began their work. In a few minutes the technician had hacked into the network and began downloading information.

"sir they have sent a response and they are going to help us kill the fleeing rebels"

"Great prepare troops for battle, we are going to wipe out these rebels once and for all, and radio McKagon telling them we are sending attack troops now"

RADIO MESSAGE

"we are sending in troops to eliminate rebels as we speak, we advise you to take preparation"

"sir our guns have arrived at the rebel base and blasting them out, The rebels are putting up a pretty good fight, but slowly they are fleeing out to the coast"

"that is great! Just make sure that non of them are left behind...they are dead or running!!!!....and radio MCkagon and tell them the rebels have fled to the coastline and they need to eliminate those bastards!!!"

"Sir, we've got an encrypted message from the rebels, asking if we can sell them weapons?"

"Excellent! Now we don't have to go to them! Tell them we can send them 20 escape craft and 40 P90's! We'll have a SEAL team with a PDA to take the order."

A few moments later the SEAL's had begun their transport.

"Why are we selling rubber boats?" one SEAL asked while placing a crate into a boat and heading out.

"Well, it's a great way to move inventory back at the depot," a SEAL said while loading his CX-3 rifle.

Within an hour the shipment was complete, and the rebels we inflating their rubber boats with the pumps they also bought.

Main Sensor Buey, out at sea

The team of SEAL's was complete, and they headed towards shore.

Aboard the sensor buey they'd left a 100% hidden C4 explosive, a smoke grenade, and a distress call transmitter.

"Sir, they rebels are fleeing...out to sea"

"WHAT THE HELL!!!!, How are they going to sea!?!?!?!?!?!?!"

"well sir, it seems that someone has sold them escape crafts and weapons, or they have had them the whole time."

"DAMMIT, All i can say is make sure that McKagon does their job, if they know what they are doing they will be able to stop those sumbitches "

TRANSMISSION

"General Johnson request you stop all rebels at ANY cost"

END TRANSMISSION

"you know what?"

"what sir?"

"I want a team of SEALS to report on McKagon and recover any intel that they can tonight... I don't want to point fingers i just want to know for sure"

On the sensor platform the SEAL's couldn't see anyone. "Apparently they don't have anyone watching this computer network, eh?"

"Well, we've got C4 on it, how about's we blow it up?"

"Should we?" The SEAL's sat on the boat questioning each other for the better part of the hour.

Finally, the demolitions officer removed the detonator from his pack and pushed the button.

The buey exploded and wreckage shot into the air.

"Ok everyone, get as low in the boat as you can, we're going to patrol for a while around the ship. If we're in someone elses waters they'll usually keep a close eye on us, we'll see if anything interesthing turns up, keep your weapons beside you, but remember, we'll be almost invisable by the turn of the earth."

Back on Firefox the rebels were escaping over them. "Sir, should we fire?" "Yeah, sink one of them, we'll say the rest slipped by us, someone will pick them up."
