You MT or FT?

I'm not into full scale nation to nation wars, but how bout a small scale, SpecOps war?

Modern Tech, and you can spec ops as well but I would like a war background to it

Don't just say nukes, specify it as Weapons of Mass Destruction. Otherwise, people will use gamma, chemical, biological, hydrogen, antimatter, plasma, fusion, megalaser, and other uber weapons and just say, they aren't nukes dumb@$$!

I know I am a damnsight smaller than you, but could I take part in a limited scale war? As in I would provide an expeditionary force or the like?

As long as the story is half decent, it is well organised and we don't get dogpiled, I would gladly take part.

well, Branada is a large nation that is looking for land and other materials for its large population, but it is also looking for nations to be under it and become almost part of it, Branada would try a coup de grace from specialist agents, or outright war, this way those who want spec ops get theirs, and those who want MT warfare get theirs, I'll get more indepth the more info you guys can give me on your nations and what kind of wars you want to fight. So give me the info and I'll get detailed, thats just a general idea

However, we do have a wide area of valuable land on our southern border, notably with oil and coal fields. This is an important piece of land, ripe for invasion.

how about this.

Branada gets fully into the swing of imperialism and proceeds to try and crush 5 or 6 small nations at once, with maybe an ally (but then more target nations). Desperate, the target nations valiantly hold the battle front while simulataneously calling for allies (limit to prevent dogpileage) and funding terrorists to cripple Branadian (correct?) armed forces.

just an idea, but i would be willing to fill any role. (although i am a bit too small to be Branada's ally)

Judging by the plans of others and my RP style, I would maybe prefer the invasion one. However, some creative ideas could be thrown in for good measure.

i think the end result should be a draw, with anyone who wants to become a protectorate becoming a protectorate. Branada should take who wants to be taken, but be forced into retreat by the others.

Sure. So we would become allies, I would be in your region and we get to have a war?

Well I could do both, one to weaken your forcs then deploy combat units in once the mission is over

how about we decide ooc on who gets to be flattened and then protected by Branada, and then incorperate it into the RP. Maybe the main force could be sent to these ones, with essentially large scout forces sent to nations that would rather not become half-owned by Branada. Scout forces are defeated, but the Branadian government deems it a huge success overall. Everyone wins.

That is up to the Rpers themselves, if they surrender, they join us, but I will only except so many losses before I pull out.

And no the point of the war is so you join the empire after your defeat, or Branada will respect your nations prowess in defending itself, and will offer something else perhaps.

its not half owned, your nations remain completely soverign, however, they would be expected to contibute men and material to the Branadian Imperial Military, in rturn they are given our full financial, and military support, you really win either way.

Well, resources aside the Purple Council of Hanseania has a certain taste for other nations cultural treasures and could, as such, dispatch a few individuals to secure these as part of a larger agenda.

I'm opening for a SpecOps war, but I guess I could be involved in a full-scale conflict if it is called for.

This battle could be long and hard. I have just around 125,000 combat soldiers, veterans of only one campiagn.

But we are defending, and I have RPed before. And besides, I have the terrain advantage.
