Ok, here's what you need to know. The United Nations on NationStates is nothing but a bulk of nations who agree to follow whatever resolutions they pass amongst themselves. The United Nations in no way controls nations outside of it, nor does it have any form of hierarchy, or government. Furthermore, the UN has no armed forces. Each individual country (for which strech the entire spectrum from small to gigantic) has their own armed forces, and will do with them what they like.
Think of it like a bunch of kids in an arcade, they're all there, but doing their own thing within the rules.

In short, you can't attack the UN because the UN is not an entity like it is in the real world. You can only attack nations in the UN.

Besides, as small as you are, you'd be crushed trying to fight off that big of an army.

So you're declaring war against an organisation which contains, as of writing, 37,592 nations, thousands of which will be hundreds of times your size alone, even though you're not a member of the UN and thus they cannot and do not impose anything on you?

OOC: At nearly 2,500,000 personell, 350+ combat ships, countless tanks and aircraft, and funded at $6,157,690,254,777.60 USD, my armed forces could easily overwhelm any RL nation. And that's all active duty, I don't have reserves.

Please, consider your size, you don't have the population base to be able to sustain an army capable of taking on me, let alone the entire UN.

OOC: No, if I were to do a conscript army I would have about 62,800,000 personell in my armed forces. For a country in NationStates, I have a small, well trained, and well equipped armed forces.
If you're interested in the quality of an army, this is best determined by taking your nations military budget (Often called Defence) and dividing it by the ammount of total personell in the entire armed forces (including combat, logistics, and reserve). This process will give you the avraged ammounte of money you spend per soldier. The more you spend per soldier, the better the training and equipment they are issued.
Now, for basis, the avrage "top of the line" modern armee forces of a 1st World nation is about $100,000 per soldier, with the US spending around $140,000.
If you want to keep trying to compare to me, I spend about 2,463,076.10 per soldier.

Catherine walked down the dark corridors. It was night, and the building was empty. She contemplated the assassination of a few particularly obnoxious delegates (Say, from DLE or Vastiva), but decided against.

For now, anyway.

There were other options, for things she could do, for example seducing Lord Jehvah (She really wanted to grab his sarcophago), but then, well... She would need some time to manage that. Gua'Uld were fairly known for their ramblings, but their libido was, well...

Lacking.

Frustratingly so, given Catherine's own rather, well, not particularly impressive sex life.

But then, she could deal with it. Being an Evil Overlord (And the Secretary-General of the UN) tended to mean financial security (If the UN members would actually pay their fees regularily, which they didn't. Assholes), so she could afford paying for a few toys and pets.

Nonetheless...

She was caught off-guard as she got the message, her mobile's rather disconcering alarm almost inducing a heart attack. "What is it?"

Some asshole declared war on us. She heard Estrades' voice saying.

"Fuck. Kill them?"

Catherine smiled. Things went well... And this could actually be amusing.

Elsewhere, in one of SUNT's secret bases inside a (Supposedly) inactive volcano, Estrades prepared the henchmen for the upcoming events, watching them fall into pits of magma as their status as very poorly trained henchmen led to their inevitable doom.

The survivors would be of almost average quality, though. Sure, the tests were hard and unforgiving, but they were well worth it.

Elsewhere, AK 47 knockoff production was increased, quickly.

Somewhere in Darkpirhana:

Just above the ground of a field outside the capital of a small and insignificant nation named Darkpirhana, a small goa'uld cargo ship appeared, as if from nowhere. Rings slid from its underside, and hovered in midair. With a flash, several armed men appeared, with tatoos of a hand, open, palm forward, on their heads, carrying a large box between them.

They took the top off the naquadah bomb, and placed an object inside as the rings moved up, carrying it to the side. They laid the hundred megaton clean device on the ground, and replaced the lid, which started a one minute countdown, and activated numerous anti-tamper mechanisms, before dashing back towards their cloakable ship.

Lord Jehvah had commanded that these Darkpirhananans die, and so they would!

OOC: Amusing as this old chap, its hardly original, despite saying you're having a laugh. If you do want to continue RP'ing on NS, perhaps I could offer a few hints:

1) Use a spellchecker
2) Paragraphs
3) Don't use smilies. They just annoy people and look amatuerish
4) Read the stickies on each forum page to understand how to conduct and wage war, aas well as diplomatic relations
5) Apologise to the nations, declare peace and begin anew- I expect most will forgive you.

Should you do that, I'd be happy to take you under my wing and tutelage you on the nuances of RP'ing in and around NationStates.

Nuclear missiles, plasma blasts, and Fallen Angel cannons blazed as they impacted onto the unworthy soil vaporizing it and turning it to glass insantly.
