RCJT-068 "Legionnaire I" MBT
Origin
The Legionnaire Main Battle Tank is the first in what is expected to be a long line of Main Battle Tanks. The Legionnaire was promoted by Field Marshall Roy Mustang due that he liked the design that was presented in the Legionnaire. After hundreds of try and fail designs and prototypes, finally a workable tank was designed and made to run. Now it is only a matter time to see if the tank is truly as great as the Field Marshall believes it to be.
Armaments
The primary armament of the Legionnaire I Main Battle Tank is a 130mm smoothbore gun. It also has a 12.7mm co-axial machine gun, a 7.62mm anti-aircraft machine gun used for low flying aircraft, primarily helicopters. Also on the Legionnaire I's armamaents are two seven barrel smoke gernade launchers mounted on each side of the turrent. This is to provide cover for the tank in tight situtations.
Armor
The armor system used in the Legionnaire is a multi-layer. Having the following:
1st Layer: Second Generation, Chobham Armor. This armor was chosen as the primary defense of the Legionnaire I.
2nd Layer: All-Welded rolled steel, primarily as a space between the Chobham Armor and Composite. Does still help in stopping projectiles.
3rd Layer: Composite Armor
4th Layer: All welded aluminium
5th Layer: 1st Generation, Chobham Armor
6th Layer: Kevlar, not really a layer for stopping HEAT or any other proejctile primarily used to stop shrapnel from cutting the crew the peices

Length (including main armament) 33ft. 2in., Length (Hull) 26ft, Width 12ft. 3in., Height 9ft. 11in.
Weight
Combat 74.3 tons or 148 600 pounds
Engine
Hybrid hydro-disiel engine, 2,300hp. Road Speed, 49mph, range 320 miles, Off road speed on average is 41mph.
