Mationland has observed the third-world nations struggling to pay off debts and is really concerned for these nations . It is setting up a fund to counter this or at least to reduce this problem . All nations are invited to contribute to this fund . Nations who need aid can also request for aid on this thread .

Note : There is a minimum amount of money that this fund needs to reach before we start giving help to third-world nations . The limit is 2 Billion .

For a start , Mationland will be contributing 500 USD Million Dollars to the fund .

Perhaps Mationland should be looking inward instead of outward? As of now your military has been engaged in a war, and your scientists are developing, from what we can tell, are supposed to be advanced anti-missile batteries. There are probably countless more items Mationland has thrown themselves in that we are not currently aware of, but we do give Mationland this humble warning.

Stop with the aid and special project, or Mationland will be one of the third world countries requesting aid from its own program.
